Kihei Akahi #D-513 is an air-conditioned, ocean view, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, located right across the street from Kamaole Beach II. It has a full ocean view, a flat screen television with DVD, free wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This unit provides split system air-conditioning to keep you cool as you gaze out at your ocean view or catch a show on TV. For your beach days, this unit is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. Kihei Akahi #D-513 sleeps 2.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kihei Akahi has a great location as it is just a short walk to Kamaole Beach II and it is moderately priced. Each unit has a private lanai, washer and dryer, AC in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. It also has cable TV and high speed internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also 2 pool areas with gas grills and a tennis court for your use. Kihei Akahi is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. This property is across from the famous Kamaole Beaches where you can whale watch, body surf, and watch the most amazing sunsets in the world.

We enjoyed our stay. Lovely spot to enjoy coffee on the lanai with the fragrant plummeria trees and ocean view. The kitchen is well appointed.

Had a great stay. Condo was great for 2 1/2 weeks. Had everything we needed. enjoyed the sunsets on the Lanai. we will be back forsure.just a couple of suggestions; a new hairdryer is needed as the one in the unit is oldalso a new blender is needed for the same reason.just suggestions didn’t impack our stay at all

Nice condo in great location

This condo has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. If you plan to cook some meals there is everything you need. The condo is in a great location with just a short walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We loved the location right across from the beach. The grounds and pool are super nice too. The apartment itself could have been more updated in terms of the television and appliances, but it was nice and clean and cool inside and everything was as pictured. It was also incredibly expensive considering the size and furnishings.

Fun solo vacay

Excellent unit that was very well-stocked and clean. Would love a streaming TV, but otherwise a great place to stay. Close to the beach and the pool too.

We checked in with Sasha when we got there and she was so sweet and so lovely to give us some recommendations for our trip! The rental was clean and it was fully stocked with everything you need for your Maui trip. They had beach towels, tons of dishes, and extra blankets and pillows, etc. I absolutely loved the location of the rental as well because it was less than a 5 min walk down the hill to a super calm and clear beach ! If you are looking for more pool time the pool is pretty small and standard but we didn’t care to use it when the beach was a right there. Overall, great experience and loved staying in Kihei !

Amazing view

The unit was well appointed and had a great view. We only had 36 hours so really didn’t use anything besides the beach towels which were provided. Building D at Kihei Akahi definitely has the best views and from the 5th floor the sunsets are beautiful.

Loved it!!

We had a great time at the condo. The view was amazing and we spent so much time on the lanai. The condo itself had everything we needed and was nice and clean. We did agree with the knife situation as they are quite dull. I brought a serrated small knife and left it at the condo for future renters. We also purchased an ice pack and left in the freezer so you could put in the cooler when you go out. We’re already looking at when we want to come back to this condo next year as I’ve been to Kihei over a handful of times and I like this condo the very best so want to stay there the next time we go! The front desk at the condo and the Maui Rental people were fantastic as well. All were very helpful and so nice! Aloha and Mahalo. Leanne

Great unit close to Kam II

Check in was super easy and convenient. The unit has a great ocean view (Kam II). It had all the amenities to enjoy our quick getaway, including a washer/dryer. The unit was clean and arranged well. There are great food choices nearby, and Kam II beach across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Great time in Kihei

We are familiar with Kihei Akahi and knew that we wanted to be in the D building for its view and location. This unit is well maintained and has a wonderful view of the ocean and the property. The best part about D513 is the two mini-split AC units to keep the main area and bedroom in back cool. One thing that was disappointing were the knives in the kitchen---certainly couldn't be called sharp objects....

Honeymoon No Ka‘Oi

This property was perfect! Exactly as described and all the amenities required. Also, an ample starter kit too!! This safe and comfortable (and well positioned) condo served as a fantastic home base for our honeymoon! I have stayed in many units at the Akahi and this one was the best! We will be back.
