Just an elevator ride from the beach and less than a mile from the Garden City Pier, this coastal retreat offers everything you need to relax and make lasting memories by the sea.
Inside the condo:
Queen-size bed in the master bedroom with private ensuite (tub/shower combo)
King Murphy bed in the living room—comfortable and easy to tuck away
Second full bathroom off the hallway with a walk-in shower
Spacious dining area with an island that seats six
Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and cooking essentials
In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience
Private oceanfront balcony perfect for sunrise coffee or evening ocean breezes
