The beautiful one-bedroom Oceanfront Condominium 1205 is located on Waccamaw Dr., less than a mile from the Garden City Pier with the beach access only an elevator ride away. Condo 1205 is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate our guests. In addition, a washer and dryer are included in the unit. This remarkable condo provides One Sleeper Sofa located in the living/dining room, an open dining area with a table that seats 6, as well as a private balcony. There is a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom with a Private Master Ensuite including a tub/shower combination. Condo 1205 sleeps 1-4 people only. The second bath is located off the hall with a walk-in shower. Sorry, NO pets allowed and non-smoking. Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. One parking pass permit will be provided during check-in. Condo 1205 is ready for you to make long lasting memories!
