Welcome to Rising Tides Properties Condo 1205, a charming one-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo on the 12th floor of a highly sought-after Garden City Beach resort. Located on Waccamaw Drive and just a short walk from the Garden City Pier, this condo offers direct beach access via elevator and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

King-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite (tub/shower combination)
Queen sleeper sofa in the living/dining area
Second full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the hallway
