This luxurious loft is located in a historic building in Algiers Point, just 10 minutes from downtown New Orleans and 15 minutes by car to the French Quarter. Enjoy a full sized kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious dining area which can accommodate all 6 of your guests. This loft has very high ceilings with fans, and floor to ceiling windows to let in a lot of natural light. The property is a short distance from all New Orleans has to offer and will be the perfect base for your next NOLA vacation whether you have come for business, pleasure or Mardi Gras! This 3 bedroom unit is adjoined to a 2 bedroom loft that may be connected if need be. Girls trip

We walked in in awe of everything it was beautiful spacious absolutly everything we hoped for and the ferry was a short walk to take over to the action we had a blast!

Location and space to relax

I am all about location and ease of getting around. Easy street parking, walk to the ferry and anywhere on Algiers point. Space to relax after a long day is also key. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Communication was spot on. Directions, door codes were extremely helpful and accurate. I highly recommend this unit for the location, space, safety and easy communication

Algiers Point New Orleans Historic Bldg Lofts

I only write this review in a good faith effort to let the owner know of a few things that would make this a 5-star stay vs. a 4.5 star stay. We were very happy with this location and will definitely be back. We loved the space, the cleanliness, the location and the privacy. The only things I could say that would make it better would be the lighting in the rooms needs to addressed when cleaning...bulbs not working and lighting fixtures not working in the upstairs bathroom. Also, the jets in the upstairs tub did not work and the drain in the downstairs tub with working jets did not function(had to swap drain plug between tubs to use jets downstairs) There is a missing component on the downstairs tub that limits bath fill point for jacuzzi feature. A few cabinet doors on cabinets in kitchen are not affixed well. The table chairs and couch in the downstairs needs some love as far as looks and repair. There is very limited dining, cooking and serving utensils in the kitchen for a 12 group sleeping arrangement, but we did not have that many, so all good. Like I said, it was clean and neat and we totally enjoyed it and will return and I only mention these things to maybe help the owner achieve full 5 Star status if these things were addressed.

Very Nice Place

The check in system is very simple, and the owner replied quickly. The neighborhood is nice. The condo was spacious and well kept. It was a nice walk to the Ferry which runs every half hour. Overall it was a wonderful trip. Would like to stay again.
