The barndo is down a short gravel lane and is surrounded by woods.



Guests will have access to the entire Barndo and its immediate surroundings. Specific access details include:
Please do not go beyond the barn located near the pond. Areas past the barn and gazebo campsite, are reserved for other guests.
Garage: Use of the 1-car garage during your stay.
Property Grounds: The Barndo is situated on the front side of our 5-acre property.
Shared Amenities:
A small, centrally located barn with games.
A fire pit area featuring a comfortable swing.
Our new pond is available for swimming at your own risk; please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

We are out in the country, so you will need your own vehicle.

Things to Note

**Connectivity:** Cell service can be spotty in some areas, but we provide reliable high-speed WiFi throughout the property.

**Road Noise:** The Barndo is conveniently located near a main highway. While many guests appreciate the easy access, you may occasionally hear road noise.

**Nature & Wildlife:** Our property is surrounded by woods, so you may encounter insects, lizards, frogs, snakes, and other wildlife. We have routine pest control service; however, occasional bugs are a normal part of country living and are not considered cleanliness issues. Keeping doors and windows closed will help minimize unwanted visitors.

**Reclaimed Wood Features:** The Barndo includes beautiful reclaimed wood accents. Some surfaces may be rustic and not perfectly smooth, so please use caution to avoid splinters.

**Lost Items:** We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we will gladly make reasonable efforts to help reunite guests with forgotten belongings.

**Pets:** Up to two pets are welcome. A pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.

**Property Layout:** The Barndo is located on the front portion of our 5-acre property. On the back side of the property is a private romantic cottage that accommodates two guests.

**Shared Areas:** Guests are welcome to enjoy the small barn located near the center of the property, which includes games, a fire pit area, and a relaxing swing.

**Pond Access:** Our pond is located in the center of the property and may be enjoyed by all guests. There are currently no fish in the pond. Swimming is permitted at your own risk.

**Pond Safety:** There is never a lifeguard on duty. By choosing to swim, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of anyone in their group using the pond during their stay.
