Beautiful "beach chic" decor' in this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Take in sweeping views of both the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf from this exceptional home.

This beautiful home sleeps 14 guests easily. The master bedroom offers a king bed, full sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and a private bath with stand alone shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a large flat screen TV and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has 2 full over full bunk beds, a large flat screen TV, as well as its own private bath with shower/tub combo. The living room also offers a large flat screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa and a half bath.

The high-end kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, gas stove-top, double ovens and plenty of seating around the bar area. Just steps from the main kitchen area is the coffee bar. Grab a cup of joe and sit on the back porch that overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound. It's a great way to start any morning. This home also has a very nice front loading washer and dryer set.

Downstairs is a great place to have everyone gather for a family feast! Cook your favorite seafood meals on the gas grill and get your best bartender in the family to make cocktails at the tiki bar located just inside the garage. With separate rooms throughout and wide open spaces, this area in the garage is perfect for all the kids and grandkids to have some fun. There's even a ping pong table! The back patio also offers a fire pit and a tabletop fire pit. It's a great place for everyone to hang out and talk about their fun day at the beach.

The best time!

We were in town for a CrossFit competition and 14 of us stayed! It was great and the place was so nice and accommodating! Everyone agreed they wanted to stay again for this trip next year!

Family/Friends Beach Trip

Great location. Close to beach and bay. Beach is not crowded. Very clean and roomy rental. Has everything you need - linens, towels, utensils, etc. Only down side was it was too hot for everyone to enjoy the downstairs activities since it's not air conditioned, but closed in, making it hard for a breeze to pass through. Overall a great stay!!

It is beautiful and has access to the community pool, sound and gulf is just across the street. The garage area is massive with a tiki bar, tv, ping pong table, any many more fun things for a family to enjoy. The only downside, there isn't a covered area for sitting outside. We have already booked it for next summer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach- but not too far away! My only suggestion would be in the two queen room is to have one big mirror in the bathroom instead of two smaller ones. Since there are two mirrors and not two sinks and only one sink you cannot see in the mirror.

The house had everything you could need to get you through the week. The shower in the master bedroom was the best shower I have ever took on any trip. The only downside was the internet never did work properly and had problems with the lights downstairs. Would definitely return to this house if in the area again.

Family beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice, location is great. There are a few things in the house that need repaired. The HVAC unit outside of the double queen room is very loud. The WiFi did not work and we did not hear back from anyone for 12 hours. We fixed the vacuum ourselves. The wine fridge is plugged in with the cord across the kitchen floor for kids to trip on. The coffee pot needs replaced. If you do not place the pot very specifically it will spill. The trash can cabinet does not pull out.

Paradise beach rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house!!! Several areas to sleep even though there are only 3 bedrooms. The big surprise was the size of the family room downstairs that let the kids be away from the parental figures for awhile - it was huge! Nice area away from all the crazy traffic too! I also echo others in saying how clean it was! We were initially concerned about the check in time due to our area getting dark at 5pm and we were allowed to check in much earlier. We really appreciated this!

It's an amazing space and so fun for the kids. We know that check in time is a little later in the afternoon than most people like but we do try very hard to get our guests in as early as possible. The later check in time is for times when there is a check out the same day that someone else is checking in and there are more times than not that we are able to let our guests in earlier. In the summer that's really difficult though but any other time of the year we do try to accommodate our guests as much as possible. Cute little beach house

The house is adorable. Loved the fire pit and the ping pong table. Was a bit surprised that it was smaller than it appeared online. I was relieved some of the planned guests did not end up joining us. The check in process also required that you stop at an office in town to both pick up and drop off keys. Good information for those traveling that may not make it during business hours. Some of the rules are a bit different than other rentals as far as what needs to be done when you leave, so make sure you read the card. Beds were comfy and the beach theme is cute. Loved that there were board games available.

Nice house and location, house just needs better maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, but there doesn’t seem to be much upkeep on furniture. All the couches were broken down. The downstairs party room has no ventilation so it’s too hot to enjoy the time down there. Ping pong table was broke, beer pong cups were all broke. Wifi was flakey. Location was nice, and we made the best of it. I don’t think we will stay here next time we come to Florida. Dryer was full of sand and one of the beds had sand in between the blankets and sheets when we got there. Also one of the shower drains was plugged when we got there. The house was really nice, just needs some upkeep and maintenance.

That is very unusual for our company. We inspect all properties before and after a guest leaves but it sounds like this home was missed and we sincerely apologize for the oversight. I am forwarding this to our Operations Manager for review and those things will be addressed immediately! We hope you can accept our sincerest apologies. Please know though that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have sent someone to the house immediately to address those items. Great Getaway with Family

Every part of this process was incredibly easy! Friendly staff, prompt attention, and home was absolutely spotless. Listing pictures were accurate and it was perfect for our large extended family. Large kitchen made cooking easy! Easy access to a community pool! Easy across the street access to the beach! We loved the area and will always vacation here in the future.
