Beach Home - Game Room - Private Pool - 5 min walk to beaches - Pet friendly

The BlueSky Beach House is perfectly located on Pensacola Beach near both the Gulf and Sound beaches (about 5-10 minute walk to both). Accommodating up to 8 guests (and your pets) with 3 bedrooms (queen, queen and two twins and a pull-out couch in the living room) and 2 full baths.

The downstairs game room has a ping pong table, arcade game, and lounging area with bean bags and a Roku television. We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room.

The main attraction in the back yard is a private heated pool (heated for up to 6 hours a day with no extra charge) surrounded by pavers. The rest of the back yard is covered in sand and has a firepit with 4 one-person hammock swings and 3 wooden swings. Come and enjoy Pensacola Beach at BlueSky Beach Cottage!

NEW front and back yard landscaping completed in January 2024. Check out the last photo to see what it looks like!

We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask you to do any crazy chores.

Bring your family, friends and pets to enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer at the BlueSky Beach House.

We also own and rent the yellow house next door at 1200 Panferio Drive (VRBO 9459180) if you need more space!

No dogs in the pool. Their fur clog the filter and will burn-up the pump.
Absolutely no smoking in the house. If smoking in the house is discovered, a fine of $500 will be applied.
Pool heat and pump are controlled by the owner remotely. Do not attempt to turn either on or off on without prior permission. $500 fine if violated.

Everything about the house was amazing. The biggest hit for our family was the heated pool and proximity to the beach. The host is very responsive, always available and willing to help. Very well designed house with a beautiful backyard with lots of activities in the backyard and the game room. It was very hard to leave. Will definitely stay at this property again!

We truly enjoyed our stay here at this beach house. The hosts were very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The pool being right there in our backyard was the best part and the fact that we could have our dogs with us on vacation was wonderful (the yard was secure for them). Thank you Rob.

The house was absolutely perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach, amazing pool and backyard and very clean. Everything was provided including towels, beach towels, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. I really overpacked because it has everything I could need! The owner is very responsive and you can tellhe takes pride in his rental. We are looking to come back soon and possibly get some family or friends to rent the property next door at the same time from the same owner! Hopefully see you soon!

This house was perfect! Very well stocked house, was very surprised by all the amenities! The master bed is like sleeping on a cloud! Walk way to the gulf is only a few steps away! Pool is perfect sized!

We really enjoyed the location, and the house. Great space. We lived in the patio area… the pool are was great. We did movie night with a projector, had s’mores on the Firepit Had a great time.The house is in a quiet area, very safe. We brought our dogs, dog friendly…. Doesn’t get any better than this.I highly recommend, and would love to stay there again.

Spent a week here with 6 family members. House is very true to listing, pool and patio area are absolutely phenomenal. Walk to beach was easier than expected (very easy). This property was perfect for a large family and had everything we needed! It was minutes away from the beach which we walked daily (with a 3 year old) and had such a relaxing outdoor atmosphere at the house where we would spend our afternoons! The pool was perfect for all ages and so clean!! We loved the outdoor space to sit in the shade and swing! We grilled out one night and the lights in the pool and under the deck were awesome! The property is also only about 5-7 minutes away (driving) to all the best restaurants, ice cream, and coffee shops! Robert was great to communicate with and always got back to me promptly! I would highly recommend this property to anyone! We had a great stay!

Perfect Beach House Getaway for Families with Kids and Pets

We recently spent a weekend this stunning beach house, and it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Traveling with kids and dogs, we always look for accommodations that are both relaxing and kid and-friendly—and this house checked every box.The HouseThe home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The PoolThe private pool was the highlight for the kids. It has a shallow area that was perfect for our youngest to splash around in. There were plenty of loungers and even a shaded area where we could relax while the kids swam. LocationThe house is just a short walk to the beach—less than 5 minutes away. We’d head out in the mornings when it was cooler, come back for lunch and pool time, and sometimes go back to the beach for sunset. There are also a few great family-friendly restaurants and an ice cream shop nearby.Final ThoughtsIf you're looking for a relaxing, family-oriented beach escape with all the comforts of home—and then some—this beach house is a fantastic choice. We’re already talking about booking again next summer!

Beautiful backyard

Everything was wonderful! The host was very responsive. The heated pool was everything and we even had our own private fenced in “beach”. Perfect!! We turned the downstairs game room into a private room for our teenager who loved it. Walking distance to the boat ramp and to the beach on the other side.

Rob is an amazing host, always available and responsive, makes sure your stay is comfortable and responds very promptly to any requests or concerns. Jenny and Rob are the owners and hosts of this beach home, which they have enjoyed renovating and using when not rented. Rob grew up on Pensacola Beach, and Jenny and Rob are raising their family in nearby Gulf Breeze. Rob is a retired lawyer that now runs a team of Realtors with Jenny.
