This unit offers beautiful views from the third level overlooking the Jennings Branch Cove. The corner unit offers a unique screened-in patio with big, open views of the lake. A Weber gas grill and seating for 8, allows your whole crew to gather and enjoy the lake life.

The main living area features an open, spacious floor plan to enjoy with your family and friends. Living room includes a Smart TV (w/ cable) to wind down after a long day in the sun. Double sliding patio doors provide wonderful views from inside as well, connecting the living area to the patio. Kitchen is set-up with Stainless appliances and fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Dining table just off the kitchen seats 4 with an additional 2 stools at the bar.

Other Amenities: Wi-Fi throughout. Utility Room includes full size washer/dryer. Complex includes a pool and seating in the pool deck area with sunshades. Great fishing right off the boat docks! The complex also includes an elevator, which is conveniently located near the unit and provides easy access to the parking lot or down to the pool/boat dock area. There is also a 14’x36’ boat slip included.

Quiet hours are in place at the complex from 11:00PM - 7:00AM every night to ensure all guests experience an enjoyable, relaxing stay at the Lake.
