Prepare to set sail at this sunlit and spacious beach condo featuring nautical decor and a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Save time and money preparing meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine indoors at the breakfast bar or the table for four. Bring your Netflix account info along and spend your evenings streaming your favorite shows and movies in the comfortable living area. For sleeping arrangements, you'll find two front-facing bedrooms as well as a set of twin hall bunks for the kids. Guests are also welcome to enjoy a variety of on-site resort amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and sports courts.

Head six miles east to spend the day in the heart of Panama City Beach at attractions like Ripleyā€™s Believe It Or Not and WonderWorks. Shipwreck Island Water Park, welcoming guests of all ages, is only four miles down the road, while Gulf World is just a mile-and-a-half from this property. There are also plenty of restaurants in close proximity such as Diego's Burrito Factory & Margarita Bar, the Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, and Hook'd Pier Bar & Grill, all of which are within a mile or two of this property.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Extremely pleased

Very clean, attractions/restaurants easily accessible. Check in/out effortless. Price was very good all that was included in room. Staff was professional available if needed. Will definitely book again.

The location on the 2nd floor is good, but the owner and staff were not accommodating. We arrived early and inquired about accessing our room since the cleaning service had already been there. The owner responded, "No and not for discussion." However, at 4:00 PM, the door still wouldn't open. Additionally, the owner allowed random individuals to enter our room without our knowledge while our children was present. There was also an attempted delivery from Rooms to Go for bunk bed repairs, which I had to decline. If the owner is unwilling to be flexible, it is concerning that they would think it is alright to interrupt paying customers. I have attached photos, which also show that the cleanliness was not up to standard. Be prepared to get random AI messages all week.

Pretty good!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo has decent furniture, a good amount of items in the kitchen. We were able to cook! It’s is pretty spacious, we didn’t feel crammed. The view to the ocean is great! The elevators are a pain-not to the fault of the condo. They even warn you about it in the emails! Just something to think about. Check in was easy, access to the beach was great. Overall a good experience!

We got one on the first floor cuz of the elevators but this condo needs some work. Washing machine makes noises, ac makes noises, there were bugs and the couch was really uncomfortable

The kitchen was infested with roaches. However Vacasa was great about getting us moved to a new location. I do feel like I lost a day of vacation because half of our second day was spent moving the entire family to a different condo.

We booked a room at Tidewater. Luckily, we were on the first floor and could use the stairs to access the beach or the cross over to the parking garage because the elevators are slow. It took me 30 minutes to get a elevator to go from the 1st floor to the second floor after I found a luggage cart. Other places we have stayed had more for the kids to do and enjoy. We will NOT stay at Tidewater again.

So happy it was located in the first floor because the elevators were extremely slow. The unit was nice except not enough seating and in the main bedroom out side the window was an emergency light which made the room so bright it felt as if each night you were napping. Also sink in main bathroom stopped up and although emails and calls made it was never fixed so we were unable to use it during our stay. For a 5.000 five day stay not worth it.

Below Expectations

I have stayed at this resort previously and the unit was beautiful with no issues but this was disappointing. Dirty floors, WiFi connectivity was bad unless you were right next to it, elevators took forever/out of service, kitchen cabinets falling apart, beds did not have substantial blankets on them, basically a sheet was provided and the thinnest of blanket nothing more. Had to go to Walmart to purchase blankets for the beds. View of the beach was great, glad I got first floor condo due to the elevator issue but it wasn’t convenient for loading/unloading from car.

I hate leaving bad reviews.

Before the bad. Let me at least brag about this unit. We absolutely loved the unit itself and it being on the first level. Very convenient. So here is the bad… I recently stayed at this condo and was disappointed with the cleanliness, particularly due to a significant issue with roaches. Despite the condo having potential, the presence of roaches negatively impacted the experience. Not sure how previous residents never noticed. I brought this to the attention of management, and while they were responsive, I would recommend addressing the pest control issue more thoroughly to ensure future guests have a comfortable stay. Cleanliness and proper pest management are essential, and I hope this issue is resolved for future renters. AGAIN, I would recommend this place once they get this resolved. Thanks!

Panama City Beach

The unit was exactly as shown on the photos, except we did not have throw pillows on the couch. Please note that all the tables and chairs in this unit as bar-height. If you are short like me, bring lawn chairs or folding chairs as they will not bring chairs from any other unit. Also be aware that the windows in the bedrooms look onto the inside corridor, no outside air or sunshine in the bedrooms. What I would have found really helpful was a binder or notebook with instructions .. we have never used a garbage disposal, we could not get ice from the freezer to work. It was most annoying to have no parking for any vehicle bigger than a car, even truck boxes and luggage containers are not allowed in the parking garage. But the unit itself was clean and comfortable, supplied everything we needed, great supply of good quality dishes and utensils.

Amazing!!

The condo was very nice and clean. It was located on near the pool, game room and restaurant (Wave). The owner of the condo was very thoughtful by providing all of the things we needed. We love how it was decorated, very refreshing. The inside pool need some cosmetic work but we enjoyed. Staff was professional and fruity.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean and convenient to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative comment was that the hallway outside the condo had a bad smell above the indoor pool. Not sure if it was coming from trash shoot or what.
