The best 3br floor plan in Aqua with 2 beachfront masters, both with Gulf view! Both masters have a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom a bunk with full over queen the bathroom is right outside the bedroom for bedroom and guest use. Living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. All bedrooms and LR have flat screen TVs. Two blocks from Pier Park! A Walmart right in front!

*Aqua Resort charges $50 per vehicle for parking for your stay. You may purchase max 2 passes. You will register online and print your parking pass prior to your arrival.

The views and floor plan from this 17th floor are amazing! Features floor to ceiling ocean view in main area. Large balcony.

Aqua Resort is a premier beach resort in the area with close walking distance to Pier Park.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was stunning, the beds were very comfortable, and the unit itself was spacious. However, the property could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The furniture had stains, the tables were quite dusty, and the remote controls were missing batteries. One of the remote housings kept falling off the wall. Additionally, when we were leaving and loading the dishwasher, we noticed that the dispenser wouldn’t close properly.With a bit of attention to these details, this property is truly a great place to rent, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Arrived to a dirty condo. Checked in several hours later since it had to be cleaned. Several issues broken dryer door , broken garbage disposal( so sink stopped up) no remote in living room. Condo owner addressed some issues . Really felt like we should have received some money back but only thing offered was couple hours late check out which we could not do.

Awesome!!!!!

Awesome family trip. We stayed in Rm 1702 and the condo was immaculate! Short easy distance from the beach, chair and umbrella rentals, and my grandkids rented jet skis. Close walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. We will definitely go back there. The host, Teresa, was awesome and easily reached out to and responded quickly. It’s a definite must to visit.

Beautiful unit with spectacular views!

This unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and took care of all questions and needs in a timely manner. We traveled during the holidays, so everything was accessible, and the elevators were fast! We would book again!

Condo Owner has no sympathy/competence

I booked the condo for a Thursday-Sunday. Hurricane Helene hit on that Thursday and came through my hometown. Contacted owner about moving reservation or refund but all she could do is move it back 1 day. VRBO initiated a case but no answer from VRBO or condo owner. I contacted multiple restaurants in Panama City Beach and was informed they would close on the Thursday of our arrival, and some were closing the Friday as well. Contacted the owner of the condo with that information and still only willing to move it back 1 day. Contacted VRBO again and they started another case where they said they would contact the owner to issue a refund. No answer from VRBO and still no refund. Emailed owner again about the situation with hurricane Helene and this time no answer. Emailed VRBO again about refund or updates and no answer. Still no refund. I would not do business with this person again and hope nobody has to lose money because of a natural disaster like I did. Hopefully she donated my money to someone who lost something from the hurricane, but highly doubtful.

Fall getaway

Great unit and loved location of unit. We always love the “02” units for size and location on property. Owner was easy to contact. We will definitely stay again! And bring family.

Terrible host

The location was good so if you are thinking of staying at the Aqua resort get in touch with the company that has an office at the resort !! What ever you do you should not go through VRBO and by all means do not rent anything THERESA or TOMAS have to offer!!!!!

Nice place

The room was overall nice but needed a good cleaning. Hairs in the shower. The comforter was obviously not clean. Orange stain and crusty food on it so we had to immediately put it in the washing machine. Other than that it was good.

We had the best time ever!!! The condo was perfect! The location was amazing for both the balcony view and for not having to drive every where you went! We are definitely going to come back next year.

Check in process was super easy! Place is clean. There are a few cons, but the pros outweigh the cons! Not being able to set up our canopy unless it was behind the chairs, which I understand. But also there were 3 rows of chairs set up, and not even a fourth of them were full. We have 3 kids under the age of 5 that we have to be close to the water to watch them closely. Other issue we had was the security guards are not on the same page. One told us that we could keep our cart outside as long as it was tucked by the door, then we had another security guard yell at me to move the stuff. But we loved that the there was a crosswalk to get to the parking garage and not have to cross the busy road. Pools were all nice.

Summer Vacation

This condo is in a great location! The check-in process was very easy and all of the directions we needed were sent to us several days before the trip. The room with the bunk beds had the most uncomfortable mattresses; we tossed and turned all night. The other two bedrooms had better mattresses. There was also orange stuff on the comforter in the bunk room which led me to believe the bedding had not been washed thoroughly. My three children walked around barefoot inside the condo for a few hours when we first arrived until I noticed their feet were black on the bottom. I’m not sure that the tile flooring was cleaned thoroughly. Overall it was a great stay! My only two complaints are the overall cleanliness and the comfort of the mattresses in the bunk room.
