Christmas Getaway

We (9 of us) stayed for a few days during Christmas. We had a great time. The house was great for our group. We really enjoyed all the outdoor seating options. Great for watching both sunrises and sunsets.

The location of this house is wonderful for enjoying the beach. House has a appropriate beds for kids. The roof deck is very nice. It is the beach that attracted us the most.

Awesome getaway!

We felt completely at home in this beautifully decorated and well stocked getaway. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping, the pier, mission, Ventura Harbor. Strongly recommended!

Great beach house stay!

Plenty of room for our family of 6 with visitors and great access to the beach. Lovely neighborhood, the house was well maintained, and it was a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time at this property! It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and they had lots of activities for the kids. My daughter loved sleeping in the bunk beds! It was such a short walk to the beach and they had so many beach toys and chairs to use. The ping pong table was awesome too! There were numerous outdoor patios that were amazing too! Our family loved it!

Beautiful home, perfect location

The home is beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and plenty big enough for a family of 5 (or more). The location in Oxnard is ideal, being a very short walk to both the beach and the marina.

Great house!

Had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home! Our family of 10 fit comfortably. It was very clean and very close to the beach. It has an amazing rooftop deck with a great view of the beach. I will definitely stay here again.

Spacious home with 3 outdoor patios, one with sunset views. Fabulous location near channel and beach. Beautifully decorated. This was our second stay there.

Great Beach Location especially for swimming.

The house was cute and eclectic. It was very cool to have 3 stories. The outdoor space was great. The host was kind, responsive and helpful. I gave four stars because the mildew smell on the first floor and in the second floor bedroom made our stay less enjoyable. Some of the kitchen supplies used for baking and cooking could use some updating. The furniture was just a little worn in some areas.

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. Highly recommend!

Fun Family Getaway

My family and I (group of 10) enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for what we were looking for, easy access to the beach and harbor. All of the communication with Stephanie was quick and pleasant. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and we enjoyed all the decks of the home, especially the rooftop. Spacious, Well-Appointed House, Great Location

We stayed here comfortably with five adults and two teenagers for five nights over New Year's Eve. House is clean and well-appointed with two outdoor decks, an enclosed deck and a roof-top deck with a beautiful ocean view. It's a two-minute walk to the sand or to the Harbor. A great find - definitely a property we will consider again when coming to Hollywood Beach.

Perfect Beach Weekend

I booked the beach house to celebrate my birthday with family. The beach house did not disappoint. The property is clean and well maintained. The property felt very homey. It was nice to sit on the decks and hear the ocean sounds. The family I invited had a great time and we all space and comfortable sleeping and bathroom arrangements. We look forward to revisiting soon.

Best Staycation ever!

We truly enjoyed ourselves for 3 weeks in this property. The place is clean and well equipped with everything you need. From the detergent to the shampoo. The rooftop deck was a favorite. But all the decks were beautiful. The location is breath taking and I will come back to this property again.

It works!

Overall….the house worked for us. Location isn’t the best…as you really do have to drive & park to go to the beach…& it’s a deep beach. I think the BBQ needs to be replaced….it never gets hot enough….& you can’t have the gas dryer on while BBQing…they share the gasoline. Do I have a refund deposit coming to me ?

Wonderful family getaway

This was a perfect house for our Labor Day family getaway. Plenty of space for the 9 of us. So close to the beach where we spent all of Saturday. You need to let the bbq really heat up because it is tied into the house gas line, no propane tank. The showers take a few minutes to get hot water, but there was plenty of hot water for all 3 showers. The house was decorated in a beach theme and very clean. We were close to everything. Had lunch at Sea Fresh and miniature golfing on Sunday. We were surprised when our 4 year grandson discovered inside kid toys in the downstairs bedroom. Lots and lots of beach toys and extra stuff. Everyone enjoyed using the boogie boards and paddle board. Plenty of beach towels. Would love to come back in the future.

Clean and modern property with harbor and beach access

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a fabulous time at Playa Paradise. The home has multiple balconies to relax and enjoy the sun. We were walking distance to the beach with a huge expanse of soft sand and 3 different volleyball net heights. We also walked to the harbor where a whole colony of sea lions were singing, flirting, wrestling, and playing. On Sunday we strolled through a nearby farmers market with plenty of fresh produce, kettle corn, and souvenirs. The beds in the house were comfortable and rooms were decorated with tasteful artwork. Our kids loved playing ping pong in the garage. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we had plenty of linens, blankets, and towels for all guests. Thank you for being a responsive and helpful manager, Stephanie.

Beautiful 3 story beach home

This home is completely stocked with almost everything you need besides yourselves and your clothing. It is very well maintained, beautiful decor. It is in very close walking distance to the beach, literally down the street. It is a long walk once you get to the sand, but very reasonable to not have to drive. We ordered VONS delivery that showed up within a half an hr of arrival so we didn’t have to go grocery shopping for the week that we stayed. Valuable times saved! Toppers pizza is always a favorite when you do want to have a night off from cooking. Stephanie was absolutely great by text if I needed anything which I didn’t after we got there. She was very attentive to me prior to our arrival, which was extremely helpful. The home is very easy to maintain, with 3 outdoor patios and a sunroom that we found absolutely fun for family night games. This is a beautifully Decorated Home and the beds were very comfortable. Each of the 3 levels has your own private bedroom, which is great when you bring a large family or if you wanted to bring more than one couple. The bottom level has two bedrooms, one of them has triple bunkbeds & a queen, which is great when you have children. I can’t say enough positive things about this house. Definitely want to come back & if I could have stayed longer, we would have. Thank you for the hospitality Stephanie and letting my family enjoy this vacation getaway. It was perfect in every way. Beach house

House is in a great location. Well stocked kitchen; nice decor, other than upstairs bathroom … a little offensive (we had children with us) roof top area was a favorite for all. We would stay here again.
