Great location and lots of space! 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a large family room on the second floor for TV and games.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, Smart TVs, gas grill.
Outdoor seating on deck and under carport - perfect hangout spots for meals after beach.
Parking for 4+ cars; outdoor shower.
Just steps to a variety of restaurants: DiFebo's Italian market, Wawa and Bethany Beverage Company, Surfin' Betty's Burger Bar, Off the Hook, Rita's and more.

First floor: Kitchen, Full Bathroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, Dining Room, Living Room, Sunroom, Laundry.
Second floor: 7 Bedrooms (1 King Bedroom; 3 Queen Bedrooms and 3 Twin Rooms), 2 Full Bathrooms, Large Family Room.
Outside: Deck with dining table and chairs, spacious back yard, carport with seating and outdoor shower.

**$500 dollar fully refundable damage/cleaning deposit required to be paid to owner prior to arrival. Fully refundable immediately when cleaner confirms property is in good order. (Property free of trash, laundry items, damage not related to normal wear and tear.)

Linens and towels can be provided at no charge but guests are required to strip linens from beds, collect all used towels and put in laundry bag and place in carport for service pickup in order to receive full refund of the deposit. Additional options include bringing your own linens or renting through a local service.

Easy beach access and plenty of space!

This home was a straight shot into the middle of downtown Bethany. Plenty of sleeping space. Great place to hang and have some downtime!

Great spot for a large group!

This was a great rental for a large group. The house has a large, peaceful back yard and deck space, tons of room for parking, and is beautifully decorated. Loved that it was also within walking distance of the boardwalk and beach.

Great winter stay in beautiful Bethany Beach

Close to the beach and many restaurants and grocery stores ,but still good access to walking tree lined and ponds areas. Beautiful nature trails. To top it off , great hosts and very helpful Caroline and Jeff

Great location for a big group

We had a wonderful time during the off season! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have some privacy. We will definitely be back next year!

Fantastic

The house was large and fit a group of 10 women easily. The kitchen was stocked well and the living spaces terrific-especially the upstairs family room! The host was super responsive. Very very nice trip!

Perfect House and Location for Large Group!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again!

Large house

Comfortable house with many rooms and space for dog too. Very convenient location but located on busy road with noisy traffic. Appreciated 3 bathrooms and all the outdoor space.

Great Bethany stay!

We enjoyed our stay! If you are looking for a five-star resort with all the bells and whistles, go elsewhere. If you want a massive beach home where you can walk to restaurants, THE BEACH, shops and Wawa in minutes, this is your place! Plenty of areas to gather in a large group to play games or to find a quiet nook to read. Massive outdoor area and lawn. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen, and a fun laid back vibe perfect for the beach.

Family yearly gathering

This 8 bedroom house worked well for 7 adults and 8 children. We made good use of the carport lounge for dinner each evening. We grilled each evening. The outdoor shower was also important coming back from the beach.

Fantastic Spring Break!

We had a fantastic week! The house is just as described – so spacious and perfect for the adults and teenagers. The location was great. It’s an easy walk to the park for basketball, or to the shops and the beach. It’s so convenient with food and liquor store just a few doors down. The Italian market is a can’t-miss. We will definitely be returning.

Great property for large families!

This property is excellent for large families looking to stay together. PLENTY of rooms and the second living room upstairs is a great place to hang out and watch a movie. The backyard is HUGE and great for the kids to run around and get some energy out! The location honestly couldn’t be better. Walking distance to the beach, Wawa, and the beverage store nearby. We were a little concerned about being in the road but you can’t hear a thing from inside the house. I’ll definitely be considering this location for future stays in Bethany!

lots of room!

We loved the size of the rooms and the space. Large family room upstairs allowed children to play / watch a movie. Large lawn outback. Only minor drawback is the busy road, but nothing can be done about that - just something to be aware of and use caution when children / pets are outside. Kids played in the back yard and we sat on the deck everyday. We had no issues with our stay and enjoyed our time very much.

Great place to stay for a large group!

The house is clean and has plenty of room for everyone - We had up to 14 people staying at the house and it worked out well! The grill was great and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach toys! The house is on a busy street, 0.7 miles from the beach, which is clearly stated in the property description. Condo development behind the house is a great place to walk the dogs. Bethany Beach is right in the middle of Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City MD - both are great places to spend the day!

Great for a group, bike to beach

Great, responsive hostess! We had a group of 7, using four off the bedrooms. The house was very clean and just as shown online. It was nice that our dog was able to go with us as he has an injury. Note this house is on Garfield, a major road into Bethany. Overall it was not an issue for us with two vehicles and a circle driveway. There is a huge backyard for yard games/ kids/ pet. Minor pointers. If you have a group larger than 8 , you may need to grab paper bowls. Bowls are in low supply at the house. It may be hard to cook for a group larger than 8-10 due to kitchen size and counter space available.

The property was sizeable and very well put together. It was spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably and encouraged engagement and interaction. We all had a great time, especially in the upstairs living room! And Caroline was easy to get in touch with whenever I had questions, so I appreciated that very much.

We are from DC and love spending time at the beach with family. This house accommodates our extended family and all the dogs too. Having the family room upstairs allows us to spread out and the dining and outdoor areas bring us together. We love to hear how much fun our guests have in Bethany and we are fortunate to own this home for using and sharing!

This house is so close to the beach! We love walking to DiFebos and Off the Hook and Cocolo, and getting breakfast at Wawa. Being able to easily walk into town, or stay close to the house and still have everything we need makes this house really special.

8 Bedrooms! Large lounge area on second floor. Steps to great restaurants and conveniences (WaWa, Liquor store, nail salon). It is a short walk to beach/town restaurants, shopping and a playground and basketball courts.
Outdoor deck for dining and grilling, carport seating area with overhead fans, and outdoor shower.
This house is amazing!
