Waters Edge

Waters Edge is a custom house built specifically for entertaining guests for a truly memorable vacation with family or friends.
The house is a open floor plan that flows from the beautiful interior to the amazing exterior and surrounding waterfront.
I created this home for a truly wonderful guest experience. This home is what I have learned during the last 10 years with owning 5 other vacation rentals and managing other properties and I placed it all into this magnificent home.
The home consists of 5,000 sqft of interior space and 1200 sqft of cover porch space along with 800 sqft of sun deck area with a heated pool, plus 1200 sqft of brick patio with a hot tub.

Pool is normally opened mid May and closes in September, all depends on the weather.
Hot Tub is open year round.

*** Listing price is for 8 guests in 4 of the bedrooms. These bedrooms include: First Floor Master, Two Basement Bedrooms and The Loft Bedroom.

There’s an additional fee of $1000 during peak season while the pool is open and $600 in off season when pool is closed. If you choose to have all 7 bedrooms and want to bring more than 8 guests, which brings your total guest amount to 16. The house and property is designed for a maximum occupancy of 16 including any guests that you may have stop over during the day.
Please let me know if you need all 7 bedrooms even if you only have 8 guests. So an additional payment request can be taken care of through the site. The fee is a one time charge for the length of your stay.

This was our third stay here and everything has always been great. The host is communicative, responsive, and helpful and the house is really perfect for our family vacation. We are already booked here again for next summer and in 2028!

We had extended family in for our annual visit. There was plenty to do and room to spread out. The back porch was a favorite gathering place from morning coffee until late evening for stargazing. We also loved the trains!!!

Our sibling group of 15 enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge. The view was beautiful. The host was helpful and responsive. The first night we were very aware of the nearby train but each night we noticed it less. The only thing we missed was a reclining chair for naps. An electric tea kettle and soap in the showers would have also been helpful. We highly recommendThis Vrbo with an awesome deck.

This is our second time staying at Brian’s VRBO property in Pequea and it doesn’t disappoint! The home is always very clean and the amenities are wonderful! We had a great time swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub and having easy access to the river! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again!

Brian was a great host. The house was clean and, honestly, the pictures do not do the house justice. Everything is so much more than what is shown. Bedrooms were great, showers were all beautifully tiled (with multiple shower heads), and the kitchen was more than enough. I would consider returning if our group decides to get together again.

This property is amazing and better in real life than the pictures. Beautiful scenery and sunsets. Brian was wonderful, he met us at the house and showed us how to use everything! This house is very comfortable and well equipped. Brian has made sure this home has all the conveniences needed for our stay. The two dish washers were great as we always had enough dishes and silverware for our family. The ice machine in laundry room was very convenient and appreciated. The house is large with plenty of common area room and nice size bedrooms. The granite top table seats 16, making dinner time with the family something we looked forward to, as well as, a great place for family game time.There is a rail road track going through the yard and several trains do come by each day, mostly in the evenings and one around 4 AM. Although we were aware of it, it did not seem to bother us. All the good and amenities of this home definitely out ways this situation. The pool is heated to 80 degrees and is cleaned daily to insure there is no debris and is stocked with plenty of floating devices.The living room TV and seating was great for family movie time. Easy to stream and log onto your own account or to hook up a gaming system. There is also TV’s in the bedrooms if you just want some time to yourself. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to renting it again in the future.

We absolutely loved staying here. Brian greeted us and made us feel right at home. Everything was beautiful decorated, the bed were amazing, bathrooms stunning, and a kitchen any chef would love. The outdoor was so peaceful and had all sorts of outdoor games that everyone enjoyed. Evening were perfect sitting out on the decks and simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great communication with our host, from booking to check-in and departure. House is beautiful and spacious: huge living, dining and outdoor entertaining areas. Big, well-equipped kitchen and enough bed/bathrooms to easily accommodate large groups (we were 14). On top of that, a pool, hot tub, and stunning view over the Susquehanna River, which is just a short stroll away. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Water’s Edge!

Golf Trip

House was amazing. Perfect for our large group. Very clean and spacious and outside patio and deck were perfect for when we returned home from the golf courses.

Waters Edge is incredible home located in a surreal location. This home is brand new, opening to guests the end of June 2021. If you love water and boating with a large or small group or family you found your place.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Unique benefits, where do we begin. Large open concept house with water views from everywhere. Pool over looking and huge yard with the Susquehanna River as the backdrop. Large covered deck with wet bar, grill and hot tub below on the brick patio.
Chefs dream kitchen with plenty of space to create a masterpiece of a meal for your family to enjoy. Seating for everyone at the custom table to seat 16. Game room in the basement with pool table and bar area to chill at. 7 bedrooms with beds for up to 16 guests.
