Nice property not far from the beach. The water had an odd smell to it and the property owner did not answer once during our stay. Check in process was difficult

Rental Listing is Deceiving

Floors were filthy. Dead bugs found on living room floor. Bottom of feet were black from walking around the home. Live crickets found in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Live spiders found in cabinets, bathroom, bedrooms and one live black spider found in my girlfriend’s bed when she attempted to go to sleep. Bed skirt dirty, shams dirty. Closet door missing. Electrical outlet falling out of the wall in the master bedroom. Another outlet dangling and didn’t appear to be attached with no surrounding drywall. Floor rotting and sinking at back door leading to the deck. On the deck side, weather stripping falling at the top and rotting wood at the base of the door. No framing around garage door. Grout missing in the powder room. Easy access for all the spiders and crickets we killed. Tiles in the laundry room were broken and lifting up. Not worth wasting your money on this rental. I reached out to the host via email no response. VRBO didn’t care either. First time using VRBO and will most likely be the last. I wished VRBO had informed me of my rights at the time I booked my vacation because I would have most certainly requested to be moved. I thought we were stuck there for the duration of our stay.

Weekend Stay at Ocean City

This property is perfect. We brought a large group down for the weekend, and everyone on the trip was blown away. The house was spotless, sheets laundered, towels available for showers and the beach, and more than enough room for all 10 guests. We had a few other friends staying in the area and by far we paid the best price. The house was only about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and paid parking was easy to find everyday. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood quiet. Food Lion and Walmart were also only a 5-10 minute drive away. On top of all of that the property owner Tammy was amazing. Any problems you might have, she is only a text away. 10/10, my friends and I plan to make this trip a yearly occurrence and we plan to stay here.

Week at the beach

My friends and I stayed at the location for a week and had an amazing time, the house was clean and already stocked with toiletries, beach accessories and other things. Amazing experience.

We enjoy this neighbourhood and our neighbours and we are close to everything Fire Department shopping mall food and OC boardwalk / beach, casino also it is Uber and Lyft access.

Our house has all recliners chairs in the living room with a big screen Tv. I also love the deck off the laundry room. It’s nice and quite peaceful and we never want to go home to our house in Bowie we enjoy staying here because Ocean City is very quiet except in the summer. The traffic here in Bowie is crazy! Ocean City it is so relaxing..
