1,325 sq. ft condo with lovely wood laminate flooring & vaulted ceilings in a gated community. A sliding screen door at the private entrance and triple sliders on the lovely shaded lanai allow wonderful cooling cross-breezes in this end unit! Fully equipped kitchen and all three bedrooms are generously sized. Westminster's challenging par-72 public golf course has practice, putting, and chipping greens, a full Pro Shop, and a newly-renovated clubhouse and restaurant. Community amenities include a pool with brand-new geo-thermal heating, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, an active exercise room, and a community center for your business needs!

Beautiful gated community

We spent the month of November 2023 in this very nice condo, just across the road from the community center, the beautiful pool and golf course. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores are just minutes away. The owners Mike and Luz were very helpful and accommodating. We loved it!

This is our second extend stay in this unit and it just gets better every time. The owners are very responsive and quite pleasant to deal with. The master bedroom mattress is quite comfortable, the master bathroom is spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the balcony from morning to night. The condo itself meets all of the needs anyone might have. The kitchen is very well supplied with all items necessary for culinary preparation and the appliances are very nice. The golf course within the community is moderately challenging for the week-end golfer. The large swimming pool is wonderful and very well maintained. Both are located a short walk away. The staff at the restaurant and the pro shop, as well as everyone we have met, are very friendly and helpful. Practically perfect in every way. We would certainly recommend this unit.

All Wonderful

Everything we wanted and more. Practically perfect in every way. From the Owner's response to the maintenance man's help. We stayed 6 weeks and found everyone we encountered to be cordial and very friendly, from the staffs of the community restaurant to the golf pro shop. My only problem was that my wife fell in love with the walk-in shower, and she is still trying to figure out how to take it home with us. If we have any suggestions, it might be a full-length mirror and a few more spatulas in the kitchen.

Too much work

Unfortunately this was a work trip. The place and amenities were awesome. I wish I could have enjoyed them a little more. The host was always available when needed. Thanks for sharing your place. I was truly a pleasure.
