Spacious 6+ bedroom home, on Little Toad Lake near Detroit Lakes in west central Minnesota.
The house is a perfect getaway retreat large enough to support multiple families. The beautiful, private 1.8-acre property includes east-facing views of the sand, hard-bottom swimming, recreational and fishing lake, mature trees, and a small creek. If the scenic views are not enough, the property includes an outdoor, heated pool, an indoor 8-person swim spa, kayaks, yard golf, and two firepits.
The main floor consists of an open floor plan designed for large groups - a modern, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seated dining for 18, a large living room with a 75" TV, the primary bedroom with bath, an office/convertible bedroom, and the laundry.
The daylight lower level includes three king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with two bathrooms. The large family/media room is the perfect movie space and includes option for two twin beds.
An upstairs apartment suite adds another queen bedroom with bath, additional laundry room and fully equipped kitchen.

This home is our family retreat - the place we enjoy with our children, our extended family and friends and our adorable grandchildren. The property was designed for large families to play, relax, and enjoy! When we are not using it - we wanted to share it with other families.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
When you drive into this property you will immediately feel at home. Set on a private, 2 acre lot with a small creek on one side, mature trees and the beautiful lakefront it is beautiful. If you need more (not sure that you will) you are located in the middle of Minnesota's western lake country, 12 miles from Detroit Lakes and 20 miles from Park Rapids with great restaurants, shopping, golf and year round activities.
