Wake up to the sound of the waves in our 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo! You'll spend hours gazing off into the distance with your morning coffee (or something stronger! :). You'll be just a few steps from the beach. Amazing views of the beach, ocean and pool! The property comes equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. From towels, condiments and pool noodles we've got you covered! Just show up and kick back. The huge covered deck is the winner in this unit! You'll be on the 6th floor with a jaw-dropping, towering view (yes there is an elevator). Enjoy great air-conditioning, tv's in every room, music, wifi and other entertainment.

Wonderful experience.

The property was located on a beautiful beach with stellar views. The beach access and pool area were convenient and pristine. The property was just a short drive from the historical district as well. Excellent experience.

Great Location!!

The communication issue was not due to the owner, but VRBO. I tried to send the below message about the t.v and parking as a reply to the check-in email, but I received a response that email was undeliverable. I was only allowed to rate with stars. Then I had to download the app.We really enjoyed this condo. The view was amazing and the condo was well stocked.There were only two issues. One, the big t.v. in the den would not turn on. We found additional batteries for the remote, but that wasn’t the problem. We also checked the surge protector and tried to actually press the button on the set itself. Everything else on the surge protector worked fine and the t.v. In the bedroom worked. Honestly, we didn’t even watch t.v as the weather was beautiful and we were only there a few days. The only other issue that would be a concern for future guests is about parking. The instructions said that we didn’t need a permit except during holidays. We parked in the assigned space for E-6 and there were many available spots closer. Today, when I got in the car, there was a typed sheet on my windshield that I needed to come get a permit from the office or my car will be towed. Of course, the office wasn’t open on Saturday and we were leaving anyway, so I just threw away the notice. I’m glad my car didn’t get towed! It would seem they would have put the sheet under the door of the room and contacted the owner if they have changed the policy.Overall it was a very good stay.

Condo was very clean. Good location with elevator being close to unit. Very well furnished and decorated. We enjoyed our time on the balcony that was furnished with comfortable furniture. Will definitely choose this place again.

Great long weekend getaway!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! View is beautiful and the daily sunrise was amazing! No issues at all! Great location, easy keyless entry, clean, and had all necessary amenities! Will definitely return!

Perfect Place

This condo has everything you would need for a perfect beach vacation. Well maintained, very clean, wonderful view, easy parking and a short drive to town and the State Park.

Fantastic getaway

There’s nothing like going to sleep to the sound of real waves crashing on the beach. Clean. Well thought out conveniences. Easy access to the beach and pool.

Hear the Waves

13 miles of beautiful beach accessible from the grounds of this condo building. Hear annd see the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom! Everything you need for your stay is provided- beach umbrella, beach towels, games if it rains. The old historic district of Fernandina Beach is 5 mile drive. Great restaurants too. The condo is quite comfy but somewhat dated. All in all a pleasant stay.

Perfect for a weekend away

This condo was everything my group of friends needed for a quick weekend away to celebrate a bride to be. The condo was very clean and the view was spectacular(especially the sunrises). Location was perfect - 5 minute drive to downtown fernandina where we enjoyed many delicious meals and walked around the weekend Arts market. I would recommend this condo and would happily stay there again. The host was fantastic and great with communication. Book it before it is rented!!

Comfortable Cozy Condo in a Great Location

My best friend and I escaped to Amelia Island for a fun filled girl's week and found Chris' condo super cute with nautical decor, very comfortable with lots of seating options and terrific ocean views. We loved the shaded balcony and the quietness of the condo setting. Everything you need is available for use. The condo is in a great location near beach shops and restaurants and only minutes from fun downtown Fernandina Beach. We weathered through Hurricane Helene in the condo, feeling safe and sound. Chris responded quickly with any questions and helped us navigate the storm issues. We will definetly be back some day.

Above average

The size of the condo location along with the house. However, upon entering bathroom in the master bedroom, has some issues with the floor, checking the tiles in front of the sink outside the shower or pliable water possible rot everything else as advertised. Perhaps this is my fault. I never was able to find code for the WiFi and directions on how to use the TV
