Nathalie et moi, Anthony, avant de commencer à recevoir des gens dans notre appartement il y a quelques années car nous adorons voyager et nous parlerons ainsi le plaisir d’avoir contact avec des gens différentes provenances.

We chose this neighborhood for our apartment because it is close to all amenities—such as bus transport and supermarkets—and offers easy access to the highway, Annecy city center, and the lake, all just a few minutes away by car.
We also moved here for the lovely, unobstructed view and the quiet, upscale atmosphere, while enjoying the ability to walk to nearby nature areas and woods for a stroll. Finally, there is a farm in this neighborhood—the cows that produced milk there belonged to my grandfather and was the last farm in Annecy —and I grew up wandering the surrounding area; back then, there were nothing but fields, and my school was just about 100 meters from my apartment. When I had the chance to get this beautiful apartment, I didn’t hesitate to move in and reconnect a bit with my roots...

We didn’t choose our apartment by chance; we spent months looking for the perfect fit. We wanted a space that was roomy, bright, and well-positioned—and, above all, one that offered a commanding, unobstructed view.
We completely renovated it to suit our tastes, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where we feel truly at home. My partner and I live here year-round, so it is fully equipped with every necessary amenity, making it a genuine sanctuary—a peaceful haven.
