You'll love the home's cozy interior dressed in comfortable furniture and rustic wood accents whenever you're home from the mountain. The furnished private balcony is a great place to enjoy some downtime, be it with your first cup of morning coffee or a shared glass of wine in the evening. Take advantage of the full kitchen to assemble a delicious meal to enjoy at the breakfast bar or the dining table with seating for four. The living room enjoys a handsome wood-burning fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and lots of natural light. Don't forget to use the private washer/dryer to take care of those dusty trail clothes while you stream your favorite Netflix movies with lots of buttered popcorn! The location was great for ease of getting to/from the ski resort and town. The actual place is less than desirable since the cleaning crew didn’t actually clean anything.

Uncomfortable beds and not very clean.

The bed in the bedroom was so hard that I only slept two hours the first night. I ended up sleeping on the couch the next two nights. The bathtub was stained and really gross. It did not drain and I took a shower in four inches of water. The back of the toilet was dirty. The silverware drawer was filled with debris and we had to wash everything before we used it. There was dirt/grime/blood (maybe from squished bugs) on the walls. The garbage disposal smelled like mildew. We contacted the management and they were very helpful. Someone came that day to fix the tub but we didn't use it after that. We ended up leaving a day early.

Cozy digs mostly for adults

We enjoyed that it was fairly clean with thoughtful touches like available laundry soap and prepared ice in the freezer. Also enjoyed that it was easy to find, had easy road access and is on the first floor.

We were 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler. Not exactly the demographic for this small “condo”. Kids get bored easy in the limited space. The bathroom is in dire need of renovation. The ceiling is falling apart, the tub barely drains, and the shower head is too low. I’m 5-9 and had to crouch just to wash my hair. This unit has no AC. Plenty of portable heaters were provided for winter, but only one partially broken fan was provided for summer heat. I suggest bringing at least 1 more. Other than that, this condo has charm. Easy instant access from the road. Condo located on first floor. Quiet at night during our stay in mid July. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided (though not tested), Roku and dish programming available on tv. Ice was thoughtfully prepared ahead of time in the freezer. Aside from the questionable bathroom, the condo was clean and inviting.

Poorest service and no response on refund

Poor room cleaning more pets hair causing allergy . We didn’t stay in the room. Waited for 4 hours as we didn’t get any answer. We asked for refund and vacated the place and head back home same night. One of the bad experience in my life. Awaiting for refund.

Disgusting filthy hovel

Never, ever rent anything managed by VACASA which is also La Quinta and Wyndham. Have video of this hovel documenting the disgusting filth,: shower ceiling caving in, tub spigot epoxied in place, more H2O comes out of spigot than shower head, results in running out of hot H2O, doesn’t drain so stand in cold dirty water to your shins, paint peeling, dead bugs in glassware, only plug in bathroom is non working, requires electrician which VACAS refused to arrange, gas company came to turn off gas for nonpayment. Charged a “ damage waiver” but VACASA could not provide copy of policy, probably because it was never actually issued. I spent 2 hours cleaning on arrival and it’s still filthy, I got the “cleaning fee” refunded but no compensation for the poor condition of the unit. If you call, you get passed from person to person with a “ direct” line to communicate with an assigned representative who will handle your issues. When you call/ text that number, no response whatsoever and you have to call the main number and start the process all over again with same outcome.. Pages of documentation of communication with VACASA, no resolution. Complaint has been filed with NM Attorney General’s Office, complaints with BBB (to add to the 1300 already filed against VACASA) and also filing with Consumer Protection Agency. Have posted video on social media and specifically named VACASA with exact property address. VRBO did NOTHING to help either. Called, put on hold over30 minutes, tried on- line chat, gave up after 40 minutes. If anyone out there has reserved this hovel, get out if you can. Use another booking site, this one is awful

Great location and access

We had a great time on this property. It is easily accessible as it is on the first floor. There is a nice wood burning fireplace and a comfortable family room. Great location, near the base of the Angel fire ski resort, close to shopping and restaurants

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay but we left some valuable items (underneath the bathroom sink) and, even though it was our fault, I felt that it would have been easily remedied and I never heard from the management company. That was disappointing.

Cozy little home close by to great walking trails

Our family enjoyed this wonderful little apartment. It was very convinient to store, trails, and ski area (although we didn't ski or ride bikes). It has everything needed to cook meals. My only concern was that we found pieces of broken glass on the carpet that should have been vacuumed. My kids are always barefoot, and it could have ended badly. Luckily I was the one that found it. The shower is also very hard to turn from tub to shower and it didn't spray all the amount of water, only half making it uncomfortable to be in the bath water, and having 1/2 the water pressure on the shower head.
