Unwind in comfort and style at this beautifully updated three-bedroom condo at The Lodge at Steamboat. Ideally located just one block from the base area and only steps from the pool and hot tubs, this mountain escape offers both convenience and relaxation.

Recently refreshed with new flooring (Summer 2023), this bright and cheerful condo features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, full-size appliances (including dishwasher), and a breakfast bar for 5. The spacious dining area seats 8, making it the perfect space to gather and relive the day's adventures over a hearty meal.

The cozy living room includes a leather sofa, two armchairs, exposed wood beams, and a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the crisp mountain air or store your gear in the private ski locker located just outside the front door.

Master Bedroom: King Tempurpedic bed, blackout shades, en-suite bathroom
Second Bedroom: Two full-size beds
Third Bedroom: Two twin-over-queen bunk beds, en-suite bathroom, blackout shades

Very nice, clean, walking distance to resort, hot tub right downstairs below condo. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Condo was everything we could have asked for and more! We would choose this condo again.

Mountain Getaway

We’re local gals and had a great time at this Steamboat Condo. Plenty of beds to accommodate a large group with multiple bathrooms. However, the carpet needs to be replaced, the fridge didn’t work and there was NO A/C. Not really an ideal summer rental, but I’m sure it would be a great winter location.

Pamela, thank you so much for choosing our place to say in Steamboat, and for taking the time to give your feedback. We agree the carpet has been through a long and illustrious lifetime. We replaced all flooring in the unit in August 2023, which should give the unit a much more comfy feel! The refrigerator has a work order in to assess immediately, and will be replaced immediately if it can’t be fixed. While there’s a lot of complexes built in Steamboat in the early ‘80s that don’t have A/C, we recognize that this is a comfort becoming more necessary as climates get warmer in summer months. We are planning to add A/C to the unit for summer 2024. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope you come back to stay with us soon

We had a wonderful weekend in Steamboat and were very happy with the condo - very clean, decorated well, great amenities. The kitchen sink disposal didn't work but that was minor since we didn't cook much.

Ski towns can be a gregarious time for guests staying in March when most Spring Breaks are happening. If the noise levels from outside the unit are bothersome, please remember that nearly all rentals have “quiet hours” policies in place, and don’t hesitate to call Retreatia to help ensure those policies are being followed by all guests. Everyone needs their rest to recuperate for the slopes the next day! We hope you’ll come back to stay with us again soon.”

Vacasa Prop Mgmt 4/10

Great location, well appointed and awesome layout overall. Had the management company been anyone but Vacasa, this would have been amazing. Small things about this condo made me not want to go back- kitchen faucet was broken, our bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete so we actually ended up leaving early just because we were exhausted. There was a CO monitor that was beeping and lamps that wouldn’t turn on- we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to come help us with it until our second day there because they didn’t have the correct phone number on any documentation. It’s a shame because this condo was amazing. Just crappy management.
