This beach cottage is located in the village of Old Silver Beach, a highly desirable location! Just a short walk to the private part of Old Silver Beach. 3 small bedrooms with living room, kitchen, bathroom, an outdoor shower (great for when you get back from the beach!) and grilling area. Old Silver Beach village is located next to the Sea Crest Beach Hotel. Great location, comfortable accommodations, privacy and most importantly walking access to the beach. September is usually the best month on the Cape. Downtown Falmouth and Mashpee Commons offer wonderful restaurants, shopping and activities. This is a great place and time to catch up on reading and relaxation! Book your week now!

This property has been in the family since the land was purchased in 1958 located only steps from the private beach "Old Silver Beach". There is the public section, residents section, Sea Crest Beach Hotel section and the area that is deeded access. This exclusive access to the best beach with white powder sand and no seaweed makes this property the ideal location. This charming beach cottage has been updated so is bright, airy and comfortable with 3 small bedrooms (new mattresses), a renovated bathroom plus an outdoor shower, a must have for any beach house! There is an outdoor patio area with grill and picnic table. Yes, we have internet/wifi and A/C. This area in North Falmouth is also very close to the bike path, downtown Falmouth, Mashpee Commons and loads of good restaurants, shopping and activities. Location matters and being able to wander the back roads of Falmouth in itself can be an adventure as you explore this beautiful historic area.
