I completely understand, I tried it in the past and it was a headache, its why I kept my prices the same and directed renters to the rental service, that way you control what you want and the fact that they are clean and ready and picked up when you leave. Cleaning crews have a hard time ensuring sheets are changed, laundry is done and I wanted to ensure renters have the best option. With rental services youy can dress only the beds you stay in and they arrive and are taken away with no hassle. Again sorry if that wasn’t convenient

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Falmouth! The house was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that the owner takes great pride in keeping it clean and well maintained. The owner was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The spacious yard was a huge bonus for our family, giving the kids plenty of room to run around and play. We made some great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place in Falmouth!

We had a great stay at the house in Falmouth! The house was clean and everything was as listed. We had an easy checkin/checkout and the owner was easy to communicate with. The location was perfect--close to everything in town and a nice neighborhood to walk around. We would stay there again!

The host was excellent — quick to respond and genuinely willing to help whenever we reached out. That counts for a lot, and it's a big part of why this is a 4 instead of lower.A few things future guests should know:Cleanliness. The house hadn't been cleaned well before we arrived — dust and cobwebs throughout, and garbage left in the outdoor shower. With a cleaning/service fee over 400, we expected a much better result. If that's what the host is paying for, it's worth knowing what's actually being delivered.The basement. As some reported, very musty, and the carpet was soaked through. We bought air fresheners and moisture absorbers to make the space usable. When we raised it, we were told that basements on the Cape are damp. That's fair as a general rule, but water coming up through the floor seems like more than normal humidity and worth a closer look.Supplies. We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap. The listing seemed to indicate these were provided, but it appears you are dependent on what the previous groups leaves as they were all basically empty on our arrival. I'm sure the host would have provided more if asked but they should have been there to start. None of this ruined the trip, and the host's responsiveness went a long way. But the cleaning quality and the basement moisture need attention.

Thank you Mark, appreciate the feedback. For the record the cleaning fee is $225 not $400, garbage in outdoor shower not sure what happened there. Paper towel and soap and toilet paper supplied there is a closet in the hallway with all of this, I never received a message from you indicating you were out. It is not supplied from the prior. Also no moisture coming up from the floor, the prior renter dumped the dehumidifier on the carpet when a child who stated dragged it across carpet. Again, thank you for your stay.

Great house in a really nice location! Fantastic communication with the owner. He made everything so easy. It has a big backyard, clean house with lots of space. Had a great long weekend to finish our summer and really enjoyed the house!

Wedding week stay

We stayed at David’s house for the week of our wedding and had an excellent time. The property was very clean and was close to everything. We would definitely recommend staying here

Beautiful home in Falmouth!

This home was clean, beautiful and in a centralized location to restaurants, shopping and activities. Communication with David was excellent. Recommend seeing Martha’s Vineyard and taking a whale watching cruise. Highly recommend this home which has everything you need and more!

Cape Vacation

We had a great stay. David was extremely attentive and always available. The house is a short drive to the beach and very close to town. The neighbourhood is quiet. We enjoyed our 6 weeks there.
