Relax and Renew at Bluewater Retreats!!! Enjoy beautiful white sandy beaches, warm breezes and take in the amazing views at our Charming Coastal Retreat!! We offer comfort plus top quality amenities, and we hope you will find #702 to be your favorite Vacation Destination year after year! This unit in Phoenix Orange Beach II features a spacious 3BR, 3 BA floor plan (1,800 sq. ft.) with custom upgrades that reflect a modern coastal experience!! Professionally decorated and filled with the owner's personal touches.

It is perfectly situated on the 7th Floor with direct elevator access. The large beachfront balcony with table/chairs and lounge seating overlooks the outdoor pool plus lazy rive and the beautiful Gulf front. You'll be able to sit back and enjoy the breathtaking Sunrise and Sunset views!!!

This unit's custom amenities include (full stand-up tile shower in master), quartz and marble countertops, GE Cafe appliances and ice maker. This bright, charming and fully equipped kitchen will provide all you need to prepare your favorite southern fare at the beach!!

The beautifully decorated condo has a spacious living area with Smart TV. Dining room features a large table with 6 chairs and 4 barstools on the kitchen island. Spacious bedrooms offer comfortable mattresses (King in the Master; second rm w/ Queen; and third rm w/ 2 fulls) TVs in all rooms. Free WiFi included in rental.

Amenities on the property include the indoor heated pool, a gated kiddie splash pad, outdoor pool w/ lazy river and water slide, hot tub and exercise room.

Upon arrival, you can purchase parking passes at the lobby front desk. Only 2 passes allowed per unit. Beach chair + umbrella service is around $40 per day to rent.

And because we're in the heart of Orange Beach, you will find this condo to be within steps of top restaurants serving fresh seafood, steaks and much more. Local artwork, tourist novelties, etc. can also be found nearby in specialty shops up and down the coastline. Wonderful Getaway!

We loved staying at the Phoenix Orange Beach II. It is the perfect location for a family with young kids. The indoor pool came in handy when we had a rainy day, and the lazy river/waterslide outside was a hit with our kiddos.The condo itself was beautiful; a perfect, restful place for our family to enjoy time away together.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views — A Few Housekeeping Issues

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit itself was lovely and perfect for our family. The view was stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better. We had easy access to everything, and parking was a breeze. The owners have put a great deal of thought and care into making this a wonderful vacation spot.That said, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of basic amenities. There were no extra trash bags or soap provided, and we had to purchase even the most basic supplies. Additionally, the floors weren’t cleaned very well—they were still sandy upon arrival. We also found dirty underwear and clothes in one of the dressers, and some of the blankets had an unpleasant body odor, indicating they likely hadn't been washed.We want to be clear that we don’t fault the owners—they’ve done an excellent job overall. However, the housekeeping service could use improvement.We would stay here again, and with better cleaning oversight, this place would be five stars all the way!

Beautiful condo

We made great memories at this beautifully decorated condo in the main orange Beach community. Our grandchildren loved the pool, especially. we loved having covered parking and quick easy access with well functioning elevators. Thanks for helping us make great memories with our family.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The decor was stunning and not a detail was missed in design. The location was stunning! Easy access for the beach and pools! We would 100% stay here again! The owner was easy to reach and accommodating. The only con…we didn’t have our code to get in right away. I reached out to owner and she supplied it right away. Super friendly and polite! Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect getaway

Thank you Natalie and Brian for sharing your beautiful condo with us! This property was even better than described and allowed us all to have time to be together during dinner and relax by ourselves. My kids loved the outdoor slide and indoor pool. The furnishings and bedding was comfortable. The elevators ran quickly and there wasn’t much wait time. The check in process was efficient and the grocery carts were great for unloading your car after a long trip. The only downside was the bracelet was a nuisance and we cut it off after a few days. We liked the door code and not having to use a key to access the beach!

Very nice

The unit was very well decorated and the overall condition of the property was good. The pictures on-line are accurate and represents the units well. We had a little difficulty checking in as we didn't have the access code to the unit. The owners manage the property themselves, but we didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes or so.

Wonderful View of Orange Beach - Great Location

The Good/Great: The view was better than shown in the pictures. The glass goes all the way up to the ceiling which really brought the gulf to us. Also the master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors, and the balcony furniture was on point. All the fixtures and surfaces in the condo are updated with class. There was nothing we touched that felt cheap. And I remodel homes for a living so I have a little bit of experience. There are 4 common area BBQ grills that are great, the indoor pool is well kept, Lazy River is nice, the walk to the beach is easy and there are chairs with umbrellas for rent at the beach. The beach itself was gorgeous, perfect sand for building sand castles, no dogs allowed on Orange Beach so very kid friendly. We didn't have any issues with water pressure, felt great at all shower heads. Needs Improvement: The house was not stocked with consumer goods such as laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, scrub pads for dishes, clothes hangers, trash bags, etc. It did have hand soap and a single roll of TP in all bathrooms, can't recall if there was a roll of paper towels in kitchen but if so it was just one. There were basic spices so that was helpful. When you are a higher end stay (been to more than a dozen), these things should be standard, especially because many guests leave these items behind as we did, just not worth packing a half used container of laundry soap. The internet was unsecured...this allows anyone within range to access the network which in theory makes it dummy proof to login and probably causes mgmt less headache with guests not being able to figure out how to logon, BUT what actually happens is it opens you up to security threats and allows anyone in range to use the network which can significantly reduce speeds. We were able to see a handful of other secured nearby networks even from other floors which means they could also see ours AND logon and use it. The noise. The ice machine is great but it is LOUD. It makes all kinds of noises all night which can be heard from every room but especially bad in the master. The hallways (common areas to access unit) were not acoustically engineered and if anyone is talking even at a reasonable volume in the hallways it was heard inside. Upstairs neighbors moving chairs was easily heard. I think the building just wasn't designed with acoustics in mind, however this was only a mild annoyance, never a real problem because we had good neighbors. Overall great.

Beautiful condo!

Positives: Gulf front, beautiful view. Enjoyed the new construction and amenities that Phoenix OB2 boasts, including covered parking, lazy river, beach entrance pool and water slide. Unit is well-appointed and the beds are possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept on away from home. Washer and dryer in the unit are new and work well. Loved having a door code versus keeping up with a card or key. Negatives: Lots of hallway and above unit noise from neighbors at night. VRBO bed listing was not accurate, but owner's description was. Showers have limited water pressure. More detail should be given to cleaning floors and bathtubs/showers between guests. Would consider adding more comfortable/lounge seating to the balcony. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable condo with a fantastic view. Would recommend to others.
