The Oasis -Phoenix West ll Fabulous Condo Rental with same level parking

Relax in this beautifully furnished, top to bottom, condo with new furniture, mattresses , etc. This condo only recently entered the rental program and has lots of upgrades. Located on the 9th floor with convenient parking level so no need for the elevators to access your room.

Master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and has a 40” flatscreen TV. The Master bath features a walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, double sink vanity with lots of storage, and huge walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom also features a king sized bed and has a 32” wall mounted flatscreen TV. It has its own bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has two queen sized beds, 32” flatscreen TV, and it’s own full bathroom. There is also a 4th bathroom located off of the main hallway that includes a shower and full sized washer and dryer. Unit has Wi-Fi and satellite programming.

Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, flatware, dinnerware, etc. Wet bar is stocked with wine glasses, etc.

Open Living Room features a sectional with two side chairs and a 50” flatscreen TV. The floor to ceiling windows gives you the amazing view of the Gulf of America!!!!

Dining Room also has the beautiful view of the Gulf, a table that seats 6 with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Entryway has a keyless entry for the convenience of no keys!

This property has a large outdoor lazy river, water slide, pool, splash pad, tennis court, grills AND new adult pool, bar and restaurant. Inside you will find a heated pool along with hot tubs on the 1st floor. The 15th floor features a fitness room with beach views and there are 2 more hot tubs and saunas located on the 14th floor.

Parking pass will need to be purchased on 2nd floor at the HOA front desk for $60. Failure to do so within 48 hours will result in a large fee. Up to 2 parking passes may be purchased. Here you will also pick up your guest bands at no charge. These bands will need to be wore while on property for access to amenities.

Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and wash them upon leaving. Please no luggage racks or green carts inside unit door.
Please dispose of trash in unit. There is a trash chute located on the 9th floor in front of unit 902.
Upon arrival you will need to purchase a parking pass for your stay. The cost for the Parking pass is $60 for your stay up to a 30 day limit.

We had an excellent stay at the condo! Everything was very clean and spectacular views! We enjoyed having the new adult pool with the cafe bar! Love the area and everyone e is so friendly! We definitely would come back again!

Orange Beach Getaway

This condo is wonderful! Extremely clean, well stocked with necessities with beautiful decor. This was a trip with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. We had so much fun! We will be back next year.

Too crowded

Property was too crowded. The lazy river was so full of people it couldn’t be enjoyed. It was nasty along with the pool. The above 21 was the only clean pool and we had under 21 children so that wasn’t an option.

Great Girls Trip

We had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous 9th floor condo! It was beautifully decorated and had wonderfully comfortable beds. The condo has easy entry to the beach, great pools, and a very nice view of the gulf. The condo was very family friendly, but still surprisingly upscale. The extras were nice as well: same floor parking, a large ice maker in room, an onsite cafe,an adult only pool, a splash pad for kids and a lazy river for everyone to enjoy. We had the best time at night sitting outside looking at the crab-seekers. Needless to say, the whole place was clean and comfortable. We hated to leave! But would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Stay!

This was overall the best unit and property our family has stayed at in the Orange beach/gulf shores area. Everything was super nice, updated and CLEAN! Our family had no complaints! We look forward to staying here again.

Exceeded our expectations

This condo was by far the cleanest we have stayed in. Newly remodled. Easy checkin/parking process. Balcony view was amazing. Teenagers enjoyed the beach, in/outdoor pool, and outdoor lazy river.

Fabulous Rental

We had a perfect week in this rental. The unit was exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, amazing beds and beautiful furnishings. The owners were extremely responsive. I am a picky traveler and would stay here again without hesitation. The ability to park on the same floor as the unit is a game changer. Look no further.

Condo is beautiful!!

The condo was beautifully decorated! Here was plenty of seating in the living room and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was very well stocked. The owners were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo!

Awesome unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit! The unit was exactly what our group needed to comfortably spread out. The mattress in each bedroom were very comfortable (a huge deal for us)! The owners were quick to respond to questions we had prior to arrival. Overall, a great experience.

Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay at this condo and everything was as advertised and very clean. Availability of elevators and how busy everything was at the pool and beach are our only complaints which are totally out of the owners control.

Perfect in every way!

We have stayed at many condos in OB but this condo was exceptional! The cleanliness and all the amenities were excellent The beds were beyond comfortable and we were all very pleased We can’t wait to get back this summer!
