This three-bedroom, three-bath vacation rental is part of a duplex and offers incredible views of the bay from almost every room. With sleeping accommodations for up to 12 people, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation with quite a few of your close friends and family members. Bayfront Gulf Shores Home

We truly enjoyed our stay. No problems at all. The only thing I would say is that a small dining table would be great even if it was outside on the screened porch and a full length mirror in the rooms.

Great location, but disappointed with condition

First the good... The house is in a great location and a short walk to the beach. The bad...Where do I start? First of all, I think the house was over priced due to the condition of the property. There were so many things that were broken or about ready to fall apart. I had to message the property manager to have someone come fix the front railing because it wasn't connected to the post and if anyone would have leaned on it, it would have broke and they would have fallen off the porch. The stools that were at the bar were so loose and about ready to fall apart. A lot of the cooking utensils were the cheap dollar store ones that are worthless to even try to use. Our kids found Q-tips and garbage underneath the bunkbeds which to me is disgusting and shows that the house is not cleaned that well in between guests. My husband and I slept in the Master Bedroom on the main floor. The bed was comfortable but they have white sheets on the beds. I don't know what the rest of the house's bedroom sheets looked like, but the set on our bed had brown stains on them. Most of the towels need to be replaced because they are worn out. We had storms most of the nights we were there and the windows and doors whistled because the seals are not good and need to be replaced. Since the house is surrounded by sand, the sand of course made it's way into the house. We looked for a broom so we could sweep the sand up but there was no broom, only a dustpan. There was a vacuum though. Luckily the people that rented the other side were with our group and they had the broom on their side but no dustpan, because that was on our side. Overall, the house served the purpose but most of the appliances, towels, sheets, etc were outdated and could use upgrading. For the price, my expectations were a lot higher. Last year we used VRBO to rent a house on Rosemary Beach which was cheaper than this one. The house was gorgeous, spotless and was very well stocked with all kinds of extras like seasonings, laundry soap, beach towels, beach accessories, bikes, etc. This house was a big disappointment in my eyes. The last thing I am going to say is the pictures on the listing are very outdated. The house is not even close to the condition they show in VRBO.

We absolutely loved our stay we had a lots of fun Was little disappointed In the fact the door glass was pretty dirty to look out of Towel rack in master kept falling off wall But honestly other than that. The house was great Thank you
