"PEACHTREE is a new community in northeast Foley, AL, which is a 12-mile drive to the beach in Gulf Shores! Pleasant Dreams is a 4-bedroom house newly built within Peachtree known for peace and tranquility -- away from the hustle and bustle. However, it is also minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, the regional hospital, etc. Of course, there’s the beach: a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach where the beauty of the Gulf of America and the sugar white beaches attract all ages.

The single-story house is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It includes 9 ft. ceiling heights, with 10 ft. trey ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen and baths have granite counters and Shaker-style painted cabinets. The kitchen has stainless steel major appliances, a huge island overlooking the living room, and a large walk-in pantry for your groceries. A delight for those who love to cook and entertain. The kitchen is stocked with the standard small appliances, cookware and dishes! Bring the food and coffee filters plus charcoal and lighter for the grill! There is a full-size washer and dryer. NO carpet in this home! Vinyl plank flooring throughout. A 3-car garage is available for your parking needs. The entire yard is sodded; therefore, please no ATV’s or trailers on or about this property.

The bedding is King, Queen, Twin Twin, and a sofa sleeper. All beds are made with white linen and there is a set for the sofa sleeper. The primary bedroom is very spacious with 2 walk-in closets! The primary bath has a large shower, soaking tub, double vanity sinks, and a separate water closet. There are 2 guest bathrooms, also. Bath linen is supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Please expect basic toiletries/amenities meant to get you through your first night only. You will need to bring all disposable products and detergents.

Pet policy: 1 pet (dog only), maximum weight 25 pounds. Fee applies. Prior approval required. No smoking or vaping on or about this property. Must be 25 years of age to rent. STRICTLY ENFORCED. A Monthly rental quote is available upon request.

A home away from home: Peaceful and Relaxing!

Enjoyed our stay! Every detail was perfect, from the decor to the fully equipped kitchen, spacious master bedroom/bathroom, and comfortable beds! Pam was available and very helpful with any questions or concerns my wife and I had. A true home away from home!

This is a great property. We love the layout of the home. And we enjoy being very close to the center of town. The house is brand new, had everything we need, and we will definitely plan to stay here again.

The rooms had plenty of space. The common area very open and roomy. I enjoyed sitting outside on the lanai watching and listening to the birds.

Amazing huge home! The only issue is was the fan in the master bedroom was broken. Definitely will love to stay again in the future.

We had problems with toilets stopping up, washing machine would not drain, threshold on front door coming off, garage door problems. Owner was made aware of issues. Plumbing was fixed. No ceiling fans in bedrooms! FYI. Couch and loveseat pretty but not functional at all plus not enough seating in living area for 8 people

The house is essentially brand new. Very clean and in great shape. Could use a couple extras to make the stay better (like a sponge, salt/pepper). Our issue was with the communication. We asked the host a few days prior to our stay if the grill was gas? The response was look at the pictures and bring your own charcoal and a lighter. Sorry, I bothered you. On check in day she completely ghosted us. Not sure why but the host didn't like to communicate with VRBO. She chose to send information via email. Well, my service provider labeled her emails suspicious and chances a hacker was trying to access our system and it went to my spam folder. So the day of our arrival I reached out to the host for entry instructions. I sent a text within the VRBO app and called texted her from both my wife's and my cell phones (we were in Foley and didn't have entry instructions). We finally called VRBO and they were able to get a hold of her. So we received the entry code a few minutes before 5:30 (1 hour thirty minutes after check in time). We were to get an email the day of and that never showed. We had an issue with the washing machine (it didn't work). So, we reached out to the host again. 16 hours later we got a response "did you close the lid?". I completely understand that a repairman couldn't be called out on a Saturday night and we were checking out the very next morning. But 16 hours? we finally got a response today after we checked out about trying a circuit br.
