The Space:
Welcome to the Clairborne Inn, a spacious and inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bath split-level home located in a quiet neighborhood just off Cliffdale Road in Fayetteville, NC. This comfortable retreat is perfect for families, groups, or those visiting for military-related stays, offering plenty of room to relax and recharge. The upper level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a primary bedroom with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with a full sized bed. Downstairs, you’ll find a second primary bedroom complete with a king bed and an additional twin bed—ideal for extended families or groups needing separate space. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and both living areas and the upper primary bedroom include Smart TVs connected to high-speed WiFi for effortless entertainment. Outside, the partially fenced backyard offers space to enjoy fresh air, let kids play, or relax with your pet. Supervision of pets and children is recommended. Our driveway can fit up to three vehicles and there is street parking as well in front of the home. Note: No Parking in the yard!
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit with a $15 non-refundable processing fee. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
*The Space*
This two-story, split-level home is the perfect place for your group's stay in Fayetteville. Clairborne Inn features two separate primary bedrooms with their own full bathrooms, two separate living areas, each on separate floors, creating multiple areas to gather. There are 5 beds across 4 bedrooms, which can easily accommodate up to 9 Guests. All of our TVs are connected to high-speed WiFi and equipped with Roku, allowing guests to easily stream their favorite shows and movies using their own accounts. For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, basic toiletries bar mop towels in lieu of paper towels, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of stores nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.
*Other Things to Note*
Please review all house rules and expectations before booking. We are committed to protecting the interests of our homeowners and maintaining high standards during every stay.
-Please do not wear shoes in carpeted areas! Posted signage on cork-boards as well. Additional Cleaning fees may apply!
-Please note that the yard is only partially fenced. Supervision of children and pets is recommended. Pets should be leashed.
-No Events, No Parties, No Unapproved Guests!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund. Additional fees may apply.
Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

Guests have full private access to the entire home minus two locked closets and garage. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.

Located in the West point subdivision- family friendly and quiet.
*Getting Around*
Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Good Middling Drive making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.
Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the washing machine and begin cycle using hot water and provided detergent.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies..

Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!

House Rules/ Expectations:
1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM daily.
3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture. Damages resulting from rearranging furniture is the primary Guests responsibility.
Additional Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
4. Lawn damage due to parking incurs a charge up to $500
5. Professional carpet cleaning/upholstery fee can range from $240-$400
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.
Other Things to Note:
1. Guest parking is aloud on driveway and street. The garage is not for guest use.
2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.
3. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.
Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.
