AVOID!
We are a family of five and were looking forward to staying at this location. The apartment looks clean and comfortable in a central location! RENTER BEWARE! 1. The street has multiple bars and night clubs, ALL NIGHT LONG! car alarms, honks telling, singing, car music thumping, doors slamming people crying, people vomiting… During the day it’s quiet2. DIRTY AND BLACK MOLD AND PINK MOLD. Bathrooms walls have no circulations so black mold and pink scum mold was present in both bathroom. And only given 2-3 rolls of toilet paper. No trash bags! Faucet handles loose and tiles falling off.3. Couches were a mess! Cover in white stains and cushions do not stay in place at all so no one could sky on it. We did not unfold the beds inside but I would assume they are disgusting.4. The bedroom with twin beds had dirty sheets and crumbs in the bed furnace did not work.5. The dining room chairs also had white crusty stains. It was disgusting.6. The kitchen had pots without handles and a dishwasher that was disgusting and did not clean at all.7. No trash bags. We reached out asking and never heard back! We had to buys trash bags and toilet paper.8. Dusty bunnies every where not sure how often the place gets cleaned.9. Dirty shower towels with brown stains!AVOID ABOID ABOID. We have a pretty high understanding things are not going to be perfect and in the states we own a couple rentals and we strive to make this nice and pleasant! Stay somewhere else! Don’t book this place!
