Hello Helen , thanks for the review and suggestions. Our housekeeping and cleaning services are thru third party cleaning service. We do have on-site property management office and building maintenance staff. We already have visitors information booklet in the condo . If we get any cocern conveyed to us during guest stay those get immediately addressed. About your one of the towel situation not sure why you did not convey those during your stay . Our housekeeping always keeps 4 sets of towels ( + additional 4 sets of spare / backup towels in the drawers ideally for week long stay ) , your stay was for 3 nights so hopefully it helped. Anycase we have requested housekeeping to recheck their inventory. Our property does have a on-site property management and maintenance support staff if someone reports any issues , they normally respond within 15 minutes. We always request guest to give us atleast one call to confirm everything is alright once they check in , but in your case we did not get any call from you , we did try calling you few times but were unable to reach and had left messages thru VRBO communicator and txt messages. You had requested early checkin but we did not get any confirmation from your side what time you checked in , same about your check out , you sent your check out confirmation only on next day ( almost 24 hours delay ). Luckily our next guest arrival was postponed so we could manage the delay.

These are kept in the bedroom dresser drawer . we are very sorry for the inconvenience , you may have missed to check those drawers. In future we will specifically mention this to our guests.
