The villa is located in the highly sought-after, secure residential area of the Orient Bay Gardens.

An automatic gate provides 24/7 access control to this neighborhood.

The Orient Bay Gardens area overlooks the Orient Bay settlement, offering stunning views from Pinel Island to Saint-Barthélemy, including Orient Bay Beach.

The plots are very large, so the villas are well-spaced from one another.

Just 1.5 km from the villa is the beautiful Orient Bay Beach, featuring:

Beachfront restaurants
Sun loungers
Water sports
The village square with evening restaurants
Nearby shops, including a supermarket and bakery
4.5 km away is the beautiful Grand Case Beach, which offers a great alternative to Orient Bay Beach with its calmer turquoise waters and gourmet restaurants or sunset bars.

A rental car is recommended for getting around Saint-Martin. Due to local roads, it’s advised to choose an SUV or off-road vehicle for optimal driving experience; sedan rentals are not recommended.

They are very affordable and easy to park throughout the island, including in front of the villa.

The villa is equipped with a water tank, which is very useful for dealing with any possible water outages.

We had a wonderful time in Saint Martin. The neighborhood that this house is in is very nice and secure with a gate. The neighborhood is directly across the street from the main entrance to Orient Bay beach we’re are there are several restaurants/bars. This house was super clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and the pool & landscaping are wonderful. We especially enjoyed the palm tree full of iguanas. There were two things I didn’t realize about the house. The first is that they do not have a clothes dryer. The second is that 3 bedrooms have to share a toilet. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and sink. One bedroom has a toilet in the bathroom. The other 3 rooms share a toilet room. This room doesn’t have a sink in it so you have to go back to your room to wash yours hands. Other that that he house is nicely decorated and the use of space is well utilized and the furniture is perfect. The house is not cluttered so it is airy, comfortable and air conditioners worked great.

Superbe séjour dans la Villa Bulle! Les hôtes répondaient rapidement, les photos reflétaient bien la réalité! Très beau secteur tranquille à proximité de très belles plages!
