There is also absolutely no Crypto Minning allowed!

Comfortable in Kingsland

The home was well located within about 30 to 40 minutes of Amelia. Newer, clean house with comfortable beds and accommodations. The floor plan worked well with my group of friends. Good value.

Pros Open living room, dining and kitchen which is great for being together Plenty of sleeping space Good size kitchen for cooking Allowed our family pet Quiet neighborhood Cons carpet is super dirty in every bedroom Pans are all warped so hard to cook with We enjoyed our stay and the house was near our destination. No pictures of the backyard, it is open, no fence and there is a road behind the house but not noisy. Would recommend if the carpet was cleaned or replaced

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a rental for my daughter and 4 grandkids (10 and under), and myself. This rental was perfect for our visit! The two 7 year olds stayed in the bunk room, and the 9 and 10 year old shared a room. Home was clean and spacious. The kitchen had a large island with stools, with a separate table and chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and the surrounding homes were well-maintained, so I felt safe staying here. Everything we needed from grocery store to restaurants, were very close! Everything was perfect!

Great place, super clean

Great communication with owners. House is great and suitable for children to older adults. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Beds are super comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. Easy to walk around. House is convenient to beaches, Cumberland Island, Amelia island and stores. We would stay here again if in the area. A++++++

What a hidden gem.

I couldn’t have been happier with this rental or the property management for our stay. We were relocating to the area and needed something for a few weeks. I’m not going to lie I was a little skeptical with no reviews but I’m SO glad we took the risk. The house is large and brand new. It was plenty of room for 2 toddlers to chase themselves around, a grandma, great grandma, and mom n dad to feel comfortable and at home. It was close enough to Yulee where we had a lots going on for our move. There was an incident with something in the house and I was amazed with the quick response and above and beyond resolution. Overall a wonderful house, amazing beds, and great host!

We were the first to stay at this property and they had everything we needed for our week stay.

It was great! We didn’t need to bring our own towels or linens as it was all provided for us. It was better then staying at a hotel as we could sit all together around the table and play games at night or just have conversations. I would recommend this property for an VRBO rental.
