Great Place to Stay

This property was very clean, the check in process was very straight forward and easy. All the bed mattresses were memory foam, which is so much better than a lot of places I've stayed. It was close to the wedding venue we were there for (Sugar Pointe Estate.) Definitely a great place to stay.

Amazing!

We had our family Thanksgiving here and the house was large enough to fit our entire family! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need to entertain. The beds are amazingly comfortable!!! We could not have felt more at home and will definitely be back.

Worth the rating

Lovely, spacious house. We’re the family that gathers around the kitchen. The large kitchen island that made that perfect for us. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in & check out. Owner very responsive.

Boys weekend

The house was plenty big enough for all of us to stay comfortably. There was everything we needed supplied for us, pots, pans, cups and plates. The drive way was a little on the smaller size and made parking a little difficult.

Fun in Fernandina Beach

The home is in a great location. Just far enough away from the business areas but close enough to get to beach, historic downtown, golf and resorts quickly. 2 criticisms. Pots and pans need to be replaced. They are old and are not non stick. Made cooking nearly impossible. And there were no beach towels, chairs, etc. It was set up more like someone's home that they are renting temporarily than with the needs of guests in mind. But that is likely because it is a new property on tje market. Overall, great property and an excellent trip. Good work Eric!

Absolutely Pristine Home

We stayed at this home to be close to my daughter's wedding venue and it was a perfect choice. Everything in the home was excellent - from the beds to the well equipped kitchen. The owner was very accessible and accomodating. If looking for a place to stay in the area, this home will exceed all of your expectations.

CLEAN!!!

I was so impressed with how clean this property was - absolutely the best clean house I've ever rented. They supply everything you will need, depending on how long your stay is. Close to all food, coffee & shopping and twenty minutes from Fernandina Beach. Fenced in backyard with small gas grill, six adirondack chairs for seating (not the couch seating that's pictured)- It was a perfect stay for us - the only downfall was the amount of cars that will fit at this location. Driveway can hold four small cars but not if you have large SUV's. There's no parking, on the road, in front of the house but you can park on the road next to the house or at the community playground a couple of blocks away. This house is located at the beginning of a cul-de-sac on a small road so several large vehicles will not fit. Other than that, this was a great house!

Great Stay

While it is a 15 minute drive to the beach, it is so close to all the places you need access to. Considering that COVID has shut many restaurants dine-in areas, you can pick up most anything you want to eat on the island and take it back. It was quiet and spacious. The owners were really responsive if we had a question. The only things we would change would be adding a chair to the living area, increase shower hotness, and fixing the end of the rug under the dining room table. We all tripped quite a bit! :). We will definitely choose this place again!
