The property was great, beds were great. The deck was okay for a couple, little tight for 4. Pool was just down the stairs and it was a nice pool.

Condo with very friendly and neighbors.

Condo is in a friendly complex and close to amenities and beach. The contents of the condo were very basic and could benefit from a little updating otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Perfect condo for two couples.

This is a perfect little condo for two couples, it includes two bedrooms- king size bed & two in-suite type bathrooms, ensuring privacy. The kitchen included everything we needed including a full size fridge & ice trays. We really enjoyed out stay in this condo, the other tenants are friendly, we really enjoyed our time with them at the pool. The only recommendation would be to somehow add a seat on the balcony, we could only sit 3, or remove the current furniture and add a table with chairs, we would have enjoyed eating outside.

FRC4 Feb-March 2025

I would give a 4.5 for our stay (28 days). The site, gardens and pool, are very well maintained. This condo is well located: near the beach, stores, restaurants and the main street. We booked via Rich Coast Vacations, and they provided a very good service when we needed something. The downside was that the roof just over FRC4 needed to be changed, and this was done during our last week of vacation. At first we were told that it would take two days but it took a week. Also the drawback with FRC4 is the lack of storage space in one of the bedrooms and in the kitchen. This being said, we will go back all the same.
