House ideally located between land and sea near Caen and at the entrance to the Suisse Normande, beautiful walks or bike rides thanks to its greenway leading to Caen and the beaches.

Once your car is parked in the parking lot of the house, you have access to the garden through a gate, the access is in front of you will arrive directly on the very pleasant living room, the fully equipped kitchen, on the 1st floor a landing overlooking four bedrooms, 3 with a bed of 160cm x 200cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 and the bathroom with a shower and two sinks, toilet also independent.
The bedding is new from July 2023, the living room has a television.

On request we provide you with the necessary for baby (cot, high chair or booster seat)
Outside you have a private enclosed garden with terrace, swimming pool, Nordic bath.
The use of towels is forbidden for the use of the swimming pool and the Nordic bath

Other remarks
The beds will be made for your arrival! Towels are provided! When you leave, you will have to empty the bins and put the towels used in the shower. Everything is explained in the welcome booklet and we are also present to your questions.
