As advertised on the tin.5 stars on the idea that on this site, less than 5 stars means something was wrong vs what the property said or should have been, or that the management was somehow bad or difficult to deal with. I think the people who rated this poorly were expecting a 3-star hotel (e.g. Holiday Inn) experience, and are perhaps not as well traveled. This is a room in a person's house, and is just that. Meets all expectations based on price and owner was very easy to work with.Our team had no issues, there were no requests that we stay inside our room (though we were gone for most of the time), and were generally allowed reasonable use of other household functions as we needed them (e.g. the kitchen) with no fuss or wait.Note that the page correctly doesn't list AC, which was fine for us, but might be a concern for someone not paying attention. Fans were provided and we found it more than sufficient during our summer stay. All and all, would stay again and recommend.
