Could not have asked for a better location! I was officiating a wedding down the street, but found plenty of time to enjoy Old Towne since the walk was so beautiful. Lots of great shops and restaurants, though you might stay in to eat because this is the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever had at a rental. Owner is quick to respond to questions and very accommodating.

Loved this sweet little gem. Clean, cozy and close to downtown Orange. Owner was very accommodating. One of the beds was a bit hard for us but owner helped with that during our stay. We recommend Cedar House coffee walking distance away.

This was the perfect location for visiting our child who is attending Chapman University. It is close to Old Towne Orange, has a great and well stocked kitchen, and super comfortable beds!

I have been staying at Pricilla’s for the 4 years my son has been at Chapman. It has been my home from home in Orange. I love the location, it is very well equipped if you decide to cook at home and Pricilla is very knowledgeable about the area. I left feeling very sad today thinking it may be my last visit as my son graduates. Highly recommend.

Check in was easy which was nice as we arrived late at night. Priscilla even left a light on for us. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Also, very convenient to Chapman University which was a plus for us. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Old Towne Orange! Priscilla went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect visit, including morning coffee! The neighborhood is charming, with tree-lined streets and local shops and restaurants just a short walk away.The beds and pillows were very comfortable, helping us get a great night's sleep. The location was quiet, so we felt relaxed throughout our stay. The TV was easy to use, and the couch was very comfortable, making evenings cozy.We can't wait to come back soon!

The Tree House was beautifully appointed and luxurious. Our host replied promptly to questions prior to our trip and provided everything to make guests comfortable.

The host met us outside when we arrived. She was very friendly and later was prompt answering any questions we had.
We were there for Christmas, and the peninsula and stove was great for cooking a big Christmas meal.

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth! Pricilla was lovely - we had the opportunity to meet briefly. The apartment is super comfortable and the location simply can't be beat. The house is well appointed and everything we might have needed was right there! We were even able to sample a treat from the beautiful orange tree out front. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Vrbo overall. The rental itself was nice and located in a quiet, great neighborhood, and we were out most of the time while making sure to be respectful and quiet during our stay.That said, a couple of things made the experience a bit uncomfortable. First, it wasn’t clear from the listing that the host lives in the unit below, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. We definitely would not have booked had we known. Also, upon arrival, we were told that we had parked too close to the building, even though I had followed the instructions sent via text. This felt awkward and was not something I appreciated, especially as a first interaction.Also, we were about 26 minutes late checking out after a long day at Disney and unfortunately overslept. We understand that checkout times are important, but the host seemed visibly upset and mentioned that cleaners were waiting, though we did not see any when we left at 10:26 AM. I asked whether any compensation could be considered, but her response felt dismissive and unfriendly.Overall, the property itself was enjoyable, but clearer communication and a more welcoming approach would have made the stay much better, especially given the price paid and the level of accommodation we have experienced with other hosts and larger corporate hospitality companies.

I always wanted to live in an older home--rather than in a new development. With an apartment over my garage., I have had long term rentals come and go. Decided it would be fun to offer a convenient option to parents visiting their students at Chapman University and vacationers looking to take advantage of the entertainment options in Orange County.

Quiet area, with tree top views of the neighborhood. Walk along tree shaded streets to downtown restaurants or Chapman University. Easy to jump on to nearby freeways to the beach or Disneyland, Fashion Island or the South Coast shopping and entertainment district. Also close to Santa Ana and the lively Forth Street area.
