Single family home in Aspen, walking distance to town. Available June & September 2021. 2 Bedroom, 2 ½ bath with newly remodeled master suite, large walk-in closet, black out shades, new master bath with steam shower, heated floors. The 2nd bedroom also has a new bath. Two home offices, 2 car garage, A/C, gas fireplace, sonos throughout, smart TV’s in bedroom & living room. Amazing outdoor living space with views of Aspen Mountain, large private back yard and wrap-around patio with gas grill, dining and lounge area with firepit. Easy walk to town, and on bus route. Walking distance to hiking trails. Dogs welcome! (yard is not fenced).

I moved to Aspen in 1971 with my parents. I went to Aspen High School. Except for college and stints in Idaho and Vail, I have called Aspen my home for 50 years. My family includes partner Kristin and son Bridger. Bridger is currently on the US Ski Team and according to Sojourner Magazine is one of "43 skilebrities that put Aspen on the map".
I am a retired CPA and Investor.
Kristin and I spend most of our time outdoors skiing, hiking and biking. Our current pursuit is hiking the Colorado Trail. We have hiked the portion from Denver to Monarch Pass and plan on completing the trail in the summer of 2021. I practice yoga 3 days a week. I am president of the Flatirons Foundation that gives out scholarships to local high school seniors

This property is a single family house located within walking distance to the town of Aspen and hiking and biking trails. The master and guest bedrooms and bathrooms were remodeled in the summer of 2020. The patio, deck and yard which includes a Gas grill, Covered dining table for 6 and Brand new lounge chairs with firepit is amazing outdoor living in the summer. The house has 2 offices and the highest internet speed that Xfinity has to offer. The air-conditioning in the master, guest and living room was installed in the summer of 2020. The house includes a 2 car garage with plenty of storage and parking, a Sonos sound system throughout the house and there are 2 smart TV's with Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee.
