This 3rd flr apartment had so much character due to the age of the building. Old cabinets and doors made it so charming, with a unique step-up seperate entrance to the private balcony, which offered amazing views of the St. Lawrence! It was spacious yet cozy, very clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Thomas was great to communicate with and provided all necesseties and information needed. We visit Clayton often and this was our favorite place! We can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay! What a great view from the deck! Very clean and nice. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. Great location for wandering around the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Although, I would caution anyone going on a holiday weekend, that there is no designated parking. Parking is metered and we had to fight for a spot. That didn't stop us from loving it and we hope to stay there again soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed!

This property is everything it says it is as listed. Perfect for a weekend getaway, scenic and close proximity to everything in the village. We were very comfortable here and hope to be back someday. A+++

Very disappointed.

While the inside was very clean. The only 2 windows to see the water were so filthy you could hardly see the water. I actually cleaned one of the windows. There was an extremely strong chemical smell for the first two days tĥat was so strong I thought we were going to have to leave early..

Stairway to Heaven

This apartment rental was the perfect place to stay as far as location goes. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The deck and the view were awesome..right on the water. The host really put the effort into some quality upgrades like towels and bedding. Easy check in too! There are two flights of stairs to get to apt #3 but didnt bother us but might be difficult if you cant do stairs. Overall great place to stay if you ever go to Clayton. Hope to get back there next year for Pumpkin Chunking!

Riverside view

The riverside deck and view was our favorite feature! The apartment was cute and centrally located to the best of Clayton. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

very cute property, easy access to dining and shopping very quiet and comfortable. Owner very easy to speak with. Only dislike was parking was about two blocks away from where we stayed and it was winter time so it was very cold and hard to get to. If you are an elderly person or people with walking disabilities it would not be for you it is on the third floor and parking you would have to walk that far. It is a very lovely place to stay very charming.

Perfect Location

This property is at the perfect location for exploring the Thousand Islands. Twenty minutes to Alex Bay without the swarms of tourists. Right on the St Lawrence for awesome sunsets and watching the boats. Patio is directly across the river ftom Grindstone Island. Property is close to the best restaurants in town…DiPrinzios and The Burger Spot. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Third floor walk up, so not for those who have difficulties climbing stairs.

Awesome location-very clean

We had a blast up in Clayton and this apartment is perfect if you want to be in walking distance to everything in town. If you bring your boat, you will have to rent a transient slip in one of the marinas nearby. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay again.

Great Location and Views

The apartment is located on the main street in the middle of the downtown area. It is on the river with an incredible view from the kitchen and a better view from the private deck right outside the apartment's door. The apartment was clean and had everything needed. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment was comfortable and a wonderful place to stay for a few days. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and liked staying right in Clayton. The apartment had all the creature comforts one would need.

Girls weekend

Perfect place to stay. Conveniently located. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Only thing we would change is a more comfortable mattress on the pull out out couch. Still a five star stay.

Nice little get-away

We always enjoy staying in the 1000 Islands and this little apartment was perfect for a weekend get-away. It's walkable to a winery, brewery, distillery, a few galleries, some shops, and at least seven different restaurants. We have just one suggestion - it was chilly and on/off rainy while we were in town, so we didn't get to spend as much time on the balcony as we hoped. Therefore, we wished the windows on the water side of the apartment were cleaner so we could enjoy the river from inside. But we were safe, it was clean, the owner has done a great job of maintaining and renovating, and it has almost everything you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect weekend getaway!!

Perfect location!! Very clean and comfortable with a lot of extras included. The owner thought of everything!! Clayton is a lovely community and we were right in the heart of it all.
