Welcome to Cortina, a mountain modern luxury home (half a duplex) is just 1 mile from Steamboat Resort and minutes from dining, bars, and year round adventure. Floor to ceiling windows showcase stunning mountain and ski area views, and the private patio is perfect for morning coffee or après ski. Inside, enjoy a modern mountain feel with concrete countertops, a gas range, crisp cotton linens, and comfortable mattresses in every bedroom. Stylish furnishings and local art add an elevated, welcoming touch.

Relaxation & Entertainment - Unwind in the private 6 person dry sauna, cozy up by the fireplace, or enjoy the 65” smart TV. The loft bedroom includes a second lounge area with another smart TV. Games, books, and toys are provided.

Chef Ready Kitchen - Fully equipped with plenty of high quality cookware, premium pots and pans, a KitchenAid mixer, spices, pantry essentials, and ample storage.

Bedrooms - All 3 bedrooms are located on the second level.
• Master King Suite with en suite bath and workspace
• King Bedroom with walk in closet (shares full bath with Queen Bedroom)
• Queen Bedroom and 2 Full beds in the loft (ladder access), plus lounge and workspace
• Full bath located between King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom
• Half bath on the main level

Parking & Gear Storage – Your garage space is ready for ski and bike storage. Parking for 1 car in the garage and up to 3 vehicles outside (trailer possible). Four wheel drive is strongly recommended in winter.

Dog Friendly (With Approval) - Up to 2 well trained dogs allowed ($50/night). Must be approved at booking. Yard is not fenced; dogs must be monitored. No dogs on furniture or beds. Sorry, no cats.

This is such a beautiful place. Everything was modern, clean, and well-stocked. Nice large TV for watching the World Cup. Close to a dog walking trail. Check-in was seamless, and Traci was a great host. The location is perfect. The highlight of our stay was having a mother and twin baby moose in the yard for most of our first day. We hope to be back soon!

Our family of 6 had an amazing, relaxing weekend here. We enjoyed having meals at the large table, we all fit on the couch to play games, and we loved the sauna! The location is close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was great, everything was clean and in good shape and the locationwas convenientand quiet. We would stay here again. Would have appreciated a bit more cleared flat yard in the back for the dogs (and a better path for us to get them out there), but it's not a worry if your dogs are used to hills with more weeds than grass (similar to most Colorado mountain homes) and you have sturdy shoes on to get them to the top. We also would have appreciated more towels (cloth and paper) in the kitchen and more disclosure about the steep stairs outside and in the house. We managed just fine but didn't see much about it in the listing. Overall it was a great stay.

Fully stocked kitchen if want to cook, even spices! Pet-friendly with dog crate, easy access to trail to walk dogs. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. Good communication with host, even had driveway plowed quickly after snow for us!

Great ski weekend!

Having lived in Colorado for over 20 years, Steamboat has always been our beloved home away from home. After years of searching, we finally found our perfect Steamboat getaway. Our primary focus was to make it a comfortable and remarkable space for us and anyone who visits. We love spending time here with our family and friends.

Cortina is ideal for us because it's close to all the activities we love. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and river floating are all within proximity. When we aren't out enjoying all the adventure that Steamboat has to offer, we love hanging out in the large living room, playing games, and baking.
