The Space:
Built in 1912, this charming turn of the century house provides all the amenities for your vacation getaway. As you enter the house on the main floor you are welcomed by the warmth of a fireplace and quaint living and dining spaces. Sharing this floor is also a full kitchen and bedroom with an attached full bathroom and laundry room. Heading upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms that share another full bathroom. Outside you can enjoy a covered porch while drinking your morning coffee or winding down with a night cap!

Built in 1912, this comfy home takes you back to the innocent days of old spending quality time with those you love. Whether you feel like curling up in front of the fireplace watching your favorite movie or taking a stroll down Main, you'll be sure to feel at home in this cozy retreat.

Just a short walk to one of Colorado’s premier hot springs, Old Town Hot Springs, you can soak in one of their eight pools sourced with healing mineral water from the iconic Heart Spring, enjoy the full service gym, or take advantage of the many services they provide. Take a stroll down main street just blocks out your front door. Many restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops are just a stone throw away. If you are looking to get around town ride the free bus! The Steamboat Springs Transit will pick you up every 20 mins just a block away. There is also great access to the Spring Creek trail and Memorial Park for some recreational activities and day hikes.
