This place was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to everything you would want to do in Nashville and in a very nice area that felt very safe. The condo was super clean and nice. Would stay here again.

Great location and very clean property. Cindy was very accommodating and communication was great! The pull out couch mattress was a bit thin for an adult to sleep on for 4 days but all in all it was a great place to stay! Would book again for sure!

Great location with walking to Gulch and short Uber trips to downtown. Condo/property was clean and well maintained. We had a great time and would stay again!

Great property’! The place is comfortable, a good size and clean. It is also well stocked with the necessities.Great location! Close enough to broadway but far enough to have some peace and quiet.

Clean, cute and cozy!!! Everything you could need to be comfortable was provided. Communication with the hosts was excellent!!! If there was an issue the hosts were on it. We travel regularly and this was definitely one of my favorite properties. Perfect location for walking to Gulch and Broadway.

Apartment is in the perfect location, secluded enough but close to everything. About a 30 min walk to broadway and a 6 minute uber. Super clean and had everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying here! Cindy was responsive and easy to communicate with!

Our stay was great, extremely easy check-in and check out. Cindy was very easy to communicate with. Clean up to date place to stay. Parking was perfect and the elevator in the parking garage made unpacking and packing a breeze. Not to mention having the vehicle in a garage was a huge peace of mind.The view from our room was beautiful.Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the location-nice, quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic stay for anyone visiting Nashville. It is a 30min walk from broadway, but 10-15min from many restaurants and coffee spots. Parking is included and it has a pool. All in all work recommend to anyone!

This wonderful stay was only an uber ride away to & from downtown. Loved having a day at the pool! It was very relaxing, not noisy from the downtown busyness. The place itself was very clean, a rustic zen-like oasis. Check-in was easy, and the enclosed gated no-pay parking was a plus! Our host Cindy was very responsive if we had questions or needed information! Would absolutely stay here again in the future! Thank you very much Cindy!
