Relax & unwind at Charlie's Cabana where the beach meets luxury! Recently renovated to include wood-like flooring, high-end granite countertops in kitchen & baths, brand new stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator, ac unit, sleek white cabinets, neutral paint, no popcorn ceilings, private in-condo WI-FI (no need to go to pool or business center to use the internet), & stylish furniture.

The condo has been professionally decorated with touches of the beach throughout! The master suite has a King bed, walk-in closet, drawers, & 32' flat screen tv. The guest room has a Queen bed w/ 32' flat screen tv, & walk-in closet. The guest room can be used as a 2nd master retreat by closing the bathroom door to the living area for additional privacy. The living area has a 50’ flat screen tv, love seat, queen sofa sleeper with brand new mattress, romantic fireplace, & doors to the a large balcony. The kitchen has been updated to include high top bar seating, removed cabinetry for a more open & spacious feel, & added stylish pendant lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked with standard kitchen appliances, glassware, cookware, spice rack, & utensils! We'll supply the Keurig coffee maker & you bring your favorite K-Cups!

The Beach Club is within walking distance to the beach, has an on-site pond, sparkling pool, hot tub, gazebo, business center, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, dry sauna, car wash, & horseshoe pit.

Instant booking is always available. We strive to make it as easy as possible to stay at our property - you just drive right up and enter via our secure electronic lock! No more keys to carry around and no more security concerns with a unique code that works for your reservation only.

We accommodate early check-in / late check-out with no additional charge whenever possible and you'll receive the comforts of home when you arrive. After we receive your last payment, we will email you property directions, helpful information, unlock code and instructions. Please keep that email - you will need to reference it. If you need us, we are available 7 days per week via email, phone, or text. We strive to provide a relaxing memorable experience that will last a lifetime.

3-night minimum stay for weekends during the summer season & holidays.

There were positives and negatives to this stay. Some I believe out of the owners control, others maybe not. The location was really nice. Quiet area close to beach and eating places. Owners had a welcome book with several pieces of information about the area that was handy. Condo was laid out decent. It did not appear to be newly renovated to any of us. It looked old and was very dirty. Dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived and cabinet had dirty dishes so we did not use any dishes while we were there. Many things were ran down. Bathtub and sink did not have water stoppers and items had fallen into both from previous guests and had been there for some time. Floors were dirty you didn’t want to walk barefoot. Bathroom and bathtub both were dirty and had not been cleaned well. The towels had mildew smell and had to be washed before they could be used. Dryer did not work well and you had to run about three cycles to get things dry. Thankfully it was our last day but we saw several roaches in the unit, this could be out of owners control as older buildings have been known to get bugs and if not sprayed the owners would have a hard timing controlling that. The exterior door and patio were in need of cleaning and painting, again possibly out of owners control, the building exterior may not be something they can change. Overall all below okay for us and we would not stay again. owner gave us 20 minute notice wanting to show property to buyer while we stayed and were gone.

Communication was great! Accessibility was superb. Condo had a lot of dog hair on the couch, on the leather ottoman, and in corners around the unit. I vacuumed what I could.

Location

This is a really cute condo, very well located, near the beach and many restaurants options. There is a Dollar General and a grocery store like 5 minutes away. This condo has lots of potential the downside was that needed a lot of cleaning and some paint, as well as new towels and mini blinds. We contacted the property manager and explained to her the situation, oven was super dirty, dirty plates left on dishwasher and towels left on dryer. She understood this situations and she will talk to her cleaning crew. It is cute but dirty, hopefully they will take care of all this issues before renting it again.

Family Vacation

The apartment was nice and clean fully stocked kitchen with clean linens for the beds and extra pillows and everything you need to enjoy a week out of town. We were one block from the beach, which was perfect for us, and I watch the fireworks go off from the back patio while, my daughter and her husband took the golf cart and drove down to the beach to watch the July 4th display. Which made it perfect for all of us. There’s a nice swimming pool for when spinning critters are in the water and you rather just be in the pool. There was also a few cleanup rules that I thought was awesome as it saves money since I usually clean it up anyway. I would recommend this is place to all.

Great getaway

Great experience for me and my two teen boys. Communication prior to and during our stay was great. The condo is a cute place near a beautiful beach. Amanda provided a nice binder that had all we needed to know about the location including favorite local spots we we enjoyed checking out. I recommend staying here!

a bit musty

First, the owner/support people were wonderful and very responsive. 5 Stars all the way! The only negative comment I have is that the house was a little bit musty due to many things stored in the house for a long time. Maybe get rid of some of the "extras" (i.e. toys) in the closets. Other than that, I would come here again.

Adequate and convenient

This condo is basic and pleasant and convenient to public beaches. Communication with the owner was great and they were very kind to have the unit ready a little early. We didn’t use it, but it was really nice to know that we would have that little bit of grace, especially as they ask for a bit of cleaning upon check out. It’s good for couples with kids. They have remodeled it but building is quite tired (carpet on stairs to the unit were quite smelly but you will only be in the hall for a little while) and furniture is a little beat up. Be warned that they do not supply ice, shampoo, or soap and the cleaners use cleaning supplies with very strong scents.

Little perfect condo

This place was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children! It was not too small not too big. It had beach towels for us to take to the beach! Just one advice bring your own shampoo and conditioner lol. This place was perfect because it was next to the beach. My family and I enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful Location

Apartment is nicely done and comfortable. Apartment is also close to restaurants, stores, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We also really enjoyed the beach proximity as well as the beautiful beach sunrise!

The condo was exactly as advertised and it was perfect for our family of 5. The beach was a short walk. The pool/hot tub was nice! The only problem that we had was the pokey stickers that were in the grass, but that isn't the property owner's fault. I would recommend this condo to family/friends!

Beach Club stay

Enjoyed our stay in Amanda’s apartment. It’s convenient to the beach, the Island Market, and several island restaurants. The Beach Club amenities are superb and served to make our stay complete.

Cozy, Comfortable and a short jaunt for sunrises on the beach

My husband, daughter and infant granddaughter, plus our two mini-schnauzers had a lovely time at Amanda's condo. Each morning we walked over to WhiteCap beach and saw the sunrise. There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes for cooking and care was taken by her team to address the small details...like having plenty of soap for the laundry and dishwasher, and ample TP and PT on hand. Everything was clean and is furnished so you feel right at home. Our only caution, and Amanda warned us in advance, is there are sticker burrs in the grassy areas surrounding the property which did get stuck in my girls paws. I took some tweezers along for the trip and was able to pluck them right out. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

We have friends in the area. At one point in our past, we lived nearby and have always loved Corpus Christi. We often vacation nearby which is why this property is such a great fit for us.
