Good location, dated accommodation

This apartment has the potential to be fabulous, however it is old and tired and extremely dated. There was a smell in one of the bedrooms of a wet dog to the extent that my 19year old daughter had to share a room with her 16 year old brother. This was extremely disappointing as we had sought a three bedroom apartment for this reason alone. We had to launder both the towels and the sheets on the beds as they were musty. In the end we decided to go and buy new towels. To be fair Vincent who provided excellent customer service cancelled the fee for the linens/towels on our complaint. The kitchen is well equipped albeit you need to wash everything prior to using it. The apartment is in a lovely location, Vincent is extremely helpful. The apartment just needs a DEEP clean and complete clear out.

Amazing Location

Great apartment to stay in. Very close to beach and all balconies have a sea view as do all 3 bedrooms. Pool facility is great as it has a large pool. Only a 10 minute walk to beach bars and restaurants up the strip. Apartment well equipped with everything that you would need.

El apartamento es espacioso y las vistas espectaculares. Pero necesita reforma urgente. No tiene lavavajillas y las ropa de cama , toallas etc esta para tirar.

Easter holiday

Lovely stay, having holidayed at Calahonda previously a number of times we knew we were stopping in a brilliant location, close to the boardwalk and main road were the bus stop is in an easy walking distance. Brilliant sea views from all balconies, Vincent was brilliant and always available if needed. The only criticism we would say is that it did need a update in the furnishings and the double bed mattress could do with being more comfortable however we had a lovely stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Appartement (bouw) zelf was goed. Aankleding erg verwaarloosd en verouderd (zeker de keuken). Ligging was zodanig dat 's middags half 2 pas de zon op terras kwam. Foto geeft andere indruk..

Great place

We spent 2 weeks at this apartment in September and were very pleased with it. Plenty of room, great balconies, all facilities required - even down to the shopping trolley. Vincent was on hand if there were any problems. Very handy to walkway along the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stops etc. We would most certainly book this apartment again.
