Private 3 Level Timber Frame Cabin, Minutes to Boone & Valle Crucis- Sleeps 8

Retreat to this 3 level timber frame log cabin in the woods surrounded by almost 2 acres land. You will find the privacy and seclusion you are looking for here. Unwind after a long day of hiking, exploring, or traveling! Ample parking and a private feel immediately awaits you as you walk up to the house.

The front entrance has a porch swing and chairs to enjoy, but hurry inside to see the 3 levels of this modern updated cabin! Walk in to the front entrance and you’ll immediately notice the upper loft and vaulted beams in the kitchen and dining area. Beautiful wood dining table seats 8 and the open kitchen is ready for you to make a large meal or a few cocktails to enjoy! Off of the kitchen and dining area is another deck with patio table and grill. Make sure to enjoy sitting on the side deck under the stars and twinkling string lights above the patio table. In the loft you’ll find wooded or seasonal views! There are 2 seating areas, as well as a TV. Have more than 6 guests? The leather sofa upstairs pulls out to a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Extra guests can enjoy sleeping high in the trees and feel right at home. Head back down stairs past the kitchen and you’ll find a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds. Both Bedrooms have large windows, closets with storage, and comfortable pillows and bedding! Let’s go downstairs to the lower level where you’ll walk into a living room with large sectional sofa and TV. Laundry room available for your use downstairs as well! Play a game of darts and walk outside to the back yard when you’re done watching a movie. Head back into the house to see the master bedroom on the lower level with updated en suite bathroom and large walk in closet. You’ll find that everything in the cabin is ready for you to unpack and relax! Your getaway begins now!

Family time

We loved the A style frame of this home. The home was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. I really liked that the code was the last four digits of my phone number so I didn't have to memorize another code. I loved how close we were to Boone from the home. Overall, it was a great getaway. I would recommend that there be a latch on the outside of the door to go downstairs and perhaps some toys/books for children under five. Also, large burners can burn the food if you're not careful. It was challenging to fry my empanadas without the fear of burning them. Thank you for allowing me to share.

Extremely Kind Hosts

We booked this property to stay in during our trip to the mountains for our son’s birthday. We mentioned his birthday to Mark and Kelly in our introductory message. When we arrived to the home, there was a Happy Birthday balloon for him. He was so excited!! It was such a thoughtful gesture that was truly appreciated. Each time we reached out for anything, they were always fast to respond and full of kindness and patience. Their home was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying with them. .

Mountain getaway

We had a great time here. The location is great! Close enough to Boone, but easy to get out and access other areas. The house was nice and clean, and it was easy to communicate with the owners.

Great stay in boone

Great area great house and great hosts!! Hope to come back again next summer Marc and Kelly are really wonderful. Easy to deal with. Try to make everything work out as best as possible. The house is amazing. We had a great day.

Perfect Getaway

Took my family to an AppState game and this spot was just perfect. Location was close enough to get anywhere you want to go and still removed from the city to feel like you're in nature. Everything was ready for us when we got there and the house has plenty of space for everyone. Would buy the place if they ever sold! It's that nice.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is cozy but spacious, very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed, including extra towels. Each floor has separate AC/heat units, so we were able to adjust the temperature accordingly to suit personal preferences. The home is conveniently located near Boone and the surrounding area. The only suggestion would be the addition of a convex safety mirror when exiting the driveway. It is steep and difficult to watch for traffic when exiting (although there was minimal traffic in the area). We highly recommend this property!

Great Getaway!

We really enjoyed this well appointed and clean cabin. Its beautifully decorated and you can tell the owners really put thought into the design and care. Was close to Boone and the blur ridge parkway. The only negative was the short steep driveway, but it was manageable! Definitely would come back.

Perfect mountain cabin!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Attention to detail was obviously top priority for the owners. I loved the updated features and the decor was beautiful! It makes me want to redo my house decor! It was very clean! My family loved the different levels that made it possible for us to relax in our own spaces. We loved the downstairs den. My boys had fun playing darts. This property is conveniently located to many fun activities in the area.I definitely give it a 10/10.

Great cabin in a great location!

The property was awesome. Tons of privacy. Incredible location that is less than 15 minutes to pretty much anything you'd want. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and Mark was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

Luxury, log cabin in the woods

What a great property, with special touches throughout! The beds were comfy, the furniture was very nice, a well-appointed kitchen and nice bathrooms. The three- story layout was perfect for us. I made a great breakfast, cocktails and coffee on the porch. The surrounding property was so lovely with the fall foliage. It's close to Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mtn. and my favorite, the Mast General Store. We loved it here.

Wonderful cabin!

This cabin is perfect! So cozy, cute and comfortable. It is adorable and so well decorated. It is the cleanest and best equipped property we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot.

The property is beautiful and secluded. The rooms were nice and cozy. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all imaginable utensils. There is nothing negative I can say about this property or my stay. The hosts were great, quick friendly responses to my messages . I will say this.... the entrance to the front of the property is the second driveway. My gps directed me to the first driveway which leads to the back of the property. We arrived after dark so by the time we realised I was already by the back steps. My little 2wheel drive camry had a time with the gravel and wet leaves so we almost got stuck... but we made it back to the top of the drive and then to the front driveway. So just make sure you take the second entrance. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Would love to stay here again!!!! Thanks so much for everything!!!!

Perfect little cabin

We loved our stay at this adorable cabin. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, great location. It was so nice to be close to campus and Boone but felt secluded, private and quiet.
