Located in a perfect location for an easy walk to The Village with its shopping, groceries and dining as well as close proximity to NC State and Glenwood South. You'll love the renovated space including kitchen with all amenities, king bedroom with an in-suite master bath and walk in shower as well as private bathroom for the 2nd king bedroom with hall full bathroom. Kitchen with all amenities and comfortable living room. Off street reserved parking for one car with guest spots nearby.

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician working with a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

This is the third unit we renovated in the area that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/traditional building and all the units we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern and comfortable feel. Great back porch for relaxing when the weather allows!
