Welcome to our home away from home! We hope you will enjoy our 3 bedroom/2 bath second floor unit, located in a quiet, gated waterway community that is only minutes to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all that the Grand Strand has to offer.

This property offers and open concept kitchen, dining room and living room area. The master bedroom has a king bed, private full bath, and direct access to the screened-in porch. Bedroom #2 offers a queen size bed with direct access to the second full bath.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and is the perfect space for the kids. The living room also offers a queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the warm air on the screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening beverage. Boasting ample room for guests, our condo is the perfect setting for anything from a family vacation to a fun-filled Grand Strand golf retreat.

After a day at the beach, venture back to the complex where you can enjoy the community amenities, such as pools, picnic areas, charcoal grills, fitness center and clubhouse. Or relax in one of the gazebos along the intercoastal waterway and enjoy watching the boats go by.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking basics, dishes, glassware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and ample storage.

Indoor Living: Air conditioning/heating, flat screen TVs with cable, ceiling fans in every room.

General: Community pool, complimentary INITIAL toiletries, basic cleaning essentials (including vacuum), towels/linens, and beach towels.

Parking: Unassigned parking spaces (2 vehicles)

~ POLICIES ~

* No motorcycles/Trailers/Golf Carts/ Pets are allowed for renters
* No smoking/vaping **There will be a $350 deep cleaning fee assessed if the unit has
been found to have been smoked in**
* No house parties
*There is a $10 fee per missing towel
* There is a $35 fee per missing gate/pool pass
*You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or any
member of your party during your stay.
*This is a family rental property. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to
maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly
enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.

Great place to stay!

What a great place to stay! My wife and I stayed here with our adult daughter and two grandkids and we absolutely loved it. Plenty of room and close to all kinds of shopping and places to eat.

Check in was easy, instructions were clear and all gate access and key box access codes worked as should. The unit was very clean and nice inside. Beds were comfortable and I enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony overlooking the pond. Neighborhood was safe. Owner was nice and easy to reach/responsive via e-mail.

Great Condo close to everything!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family, big rooms with plenty of space to feel at home. The location was perfect, a few miles to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We definitely will stay here again in the Future!

Felt like home

The establishment was very friendly and welcoming. The layout of the home was nice and the enclosed balcony was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktails. It was well equipped with everyday items.

Perfect for our trip

Very clean, and very cute! Lots of space, perfect for our family of seven, including Grandma and Grandpa. We were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are really nice. Bonus: We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony every morning, watching the wildlife and listening to the fountains. Great communication from the owners!

Great!

This property was excellent! Only bad thing was the draw bridge next to the property. Sitting for 20 minutes everytime we cross wasnt the greatest. But thats not the property's problem! Great stay overall!

A wonderful experience in a nice neighborhood

We booked this condo for a quick getaway for the 4th of July holiday. It was super close to the beach, yet far enough away from the hectic and crowded MB area. There are several wonderful local restaurants, activities, and some great shopping spots nearby! The property also has a community pool that we used. The bedrooms were large, the condo, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The owners were excellent to correspond quickly and answer any questions. We highly recommend this property!

Very Nice Condo!

This place fit all the needs I had with my family of six! Everything was nice and tidy when we got there. Getting in was easy and quick. The beds were comfy, actually the first place I didn't have an issue with the softness/firmness of the bed. The bacony was nice for my kids to just sit and enjoy the stars. The pool was easy to get to and had plenty of seats for everyone. This property was very nice. Oh and my most favorite thing was the response time I got from the owners! They were quick to respond when I msged them.

Wonderful stay

From the minute we drove through the gates, I knew I’d chosen a great condo, for my family! The price is cheaper than some condos/mobile homes and much nicer. We stayed 4 nights. It was close to everything! It may look farther from the ocean, per the map, but it really isn’t far at all, maybe 10 min drive max. Full washer/dryer, coffee maker, plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking supplies, huge bedroom closets, large hamper, large tvs in each bedroom and living room, big kitchen table and 6 chairs, etc. We did go out and buy a blow dryer, but no biggie at all, because I can always use an extra one. If we go back to North Myrtle, we’ll be staying here again. Melanie was wonderful and always responsive. We took extra toilet paper, paper towels, and only had to use a roll of our toilet paper. There were 6 of us one night and 5 the remaining days/nights. Awesome place! The condo is on the 2nd floor, close to the stairs and elevator. Very quiet community. We didn’t hear a single sound from any neighbors.

Condo at Myrtle Beach

The condo was really clean, and spacious. The host definitely made check in a breeze, they made us feel welcome with snacks there and a welcome book. We played some of the family games and cards in the evening and enjoyed the views from the balcony.

Great Experience!

The process was so easy and the owners were wonderful responding to any questions I had. They had an open line of communication throughout our entire stay. If there was any thing that came up prior to our arrival, they always kept me informed. I highly recommend renting from these owners. Everything was exactly like it was listed, although it is far more beautiful in person!

Very pleasant stay

I had a comfortable stay at property, the check-in process needs some improvement, as there was no one to greet you. But understandable as it's all private property. Also no iron and board.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. We have 5 kiddos who have serious allergies, so cleanliness is important to us and this condo was VERY clean! The condo unit/neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is great! It is very close to Cherry Grove beach, N. Myrtle beach, etc., but you're not too close to the crowds/traffic/noise, etc. It's perfect! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Beach Area Vacation Stay

Everything was absolutely wonderful , well maintained and beautiful! The host was pleasant as well!

The property was in great condition, perfect location, close to everything! This isn’t my family first time visiting Myrtle Beach, we’ve been about four times now , but it was our first time at this particular property. The host was very kind , professional and easy to communicate with. The property looked exactly like the images both inside and outside. This particular Condo faced the water and it was peaceful each day . Trust me you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely return to this location . Barefoot Landing was once our fave but Carolina Yacht is our favorite now !!!

Annual family vacation

We stayed at this property for our annual family vacation down to Myrtle Beach and have to say it was definitely well worth it! Property looks exactly as it does in the photos clean tidy very comfortable for the whole family. Host was very responsive to any inquiries made. The only thing is that it is a few minutes away from the heart of Myrtle Beach but nothing that you can’t deal with and really depends upon what activities you’re looking to do while there. Absolutely loved it would for sure stay here again, definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it just do it!

Fourth of July stay

Had a very comfortable stay here with my family during the Fourth of July weekend. The home is beautiful and spacious. The location is quiet and safe. We loved the board games and balcony.
