Spacious Condo in a Quiet, Gated Community!
Welcome to our home away from home! We hope you will enjoy our 3 bedroom/2 bath second floor unit, located in a quiet, gated waterway community that is only minutes to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all that the Grand Strand has to offer.
This property offers and open concept kitchen, dining room and living room area. The master bedroom has a king bed, private full bath, and direct access to the screened-in porch. Bedroom #2 offers a queen size bed with direct access to the second full bath.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and is the perfect space for the kids. The living room also offers a queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the warm air on the screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening beverage. Boasting ample room for guests, our condo is the perfect setting for anything from a family vacation to a fun-filled Grand Strand golf retreat.
After a day at the beach, venture back to the complex where you can enjoy the community amenities, such as pools, picnic areas, charcoal grills, fitness center and clubhouse. Or relax in one of the gazebos along the intercoastal waterway and enjoy watching the boats go by.

Parking: Unassigned parking spaces (2 vehicles)

* No motorcycles/Trailers/Golf Carts/ Pets are allowed for renters
* No smoking/vaping **There will be a $350 deep cleaning fee assessed if the unit has
been found to have been smoked in**
* No house parties
*There is a $10 fee per missing towel
* There is a $35 fee per missing gate/pool pass
*You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or any
member of your party during your stay.
*This is a family rental property. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to
maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly
enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
