Agence Cocoonr offers you the Don Capitolium flat, just a stone's throw from Place du Capitole. It's the perfect choice for a leisure or business stay of a few days or weeks.

Fully equipped and air-conditioned, it has all the comforts you'll need: Wi-Fi, TV in every bedroom, bed linen and towels provided, bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, fully-equipped kitchen and balcony.
Right next to all the shops and amenities, you'll be ideally placed!

Located on the 3rd floor with lift of an attractive condominium, this 78 m² flat is composed as follows:
- Pleasant, tastefully decorated living room with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV and dining table with 6 chairs.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom and shower room (shower and bath), vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Two separate WCs

Outside area :
- Small balcony with table and chairs, ideal for a coffee break!

Transport links:
Numerous bus routes nearby and "Capitole" metro station line A a 5-minute walk away.
Underground parking space a stone's throw from the building.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels provided.

The apartment is on the third floor and is very quiet and peaceful, with all the typical amenities. The beds and furniture were very comfortable.

It’s really comfortable, and we appreciated having Nespresso pods and tea bags provided to get us started as well as the standard condiments. With plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés and pâtisseries right on your doorstep you don’t have to walk far in the evening if you are footsore after a hard day exploring the city which was a bonus!

Televisions in each room and a 2 bathrooms was quite ideal. It only has a single toilet which can be an issue for a large family. overall due to its location and other amenities i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Don Capitolium The location of this place can not be beat! It was central to everything and smack dab in the middle of the Capitola area. We did experience some hot days, however, and since the AC unit is in the kitchen there were a few nights that were pretty unbearable in the bedrooms. They did eventually bring us some fans, but we would have appreciated those earlier. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Since we are from a different country we did struggle with some of the appliances, but we eventually figured everything out.

Don Capitolium "My SO and I spent 3 weeks in Don Capitolium on vacation. The kitchen was great. It is literally stocked with everything we needed including oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Plus some Nespresso pods and tea. There is an ice cube tray in the freezer. Although I wanted to enjoy the outdoor space, it’s internal with no view and small, but that did not impact our stay. They also had a vacuum, iron, hangers, and blow dryer. The beds are firm. Too much for me, but my boyfriend liked it. One thing worth noting is that there is only one air conditioner, and it is in the kitchen. We enjoyed nice weather, the majority of our trip and it was not a huge deal, but if that last two days, it was 90° and cooling the bedroom was a little bit of a struggle. The location was literally perfect, walking distance from everything including sites, restaurants, and grocery. Capital Square had some really loud nights, but the windows in the flat shut out most of the noise and sleeping was not a problem."

Depois deixamos o carro na garagem por baixo da Praça do Capitole, que fica mesmo ao lado do apartamento. A vaga de garagem estava incluída na reserva. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Aziz, que esperou por nós a uma hora tardia para entregar a chave. Muito obrigado.

Don Capitolium Magnifique appartement en plein centre, mais très bien isolé de sorte à ce qu'on puisse dormir en toute tranquillité ! L'appartement est lumineux, bien meublé et confortable. La place de parking dans un parking tout proche est un vrai plus.
