Located just steps away from the Mountain Village core, this condo is ideal for year-round adventure! It has true ski-in/out access to Lift 1 at Telluride Ski Resort, so it's ideal when bringing the entire ski crew. Simply step outside for a quick walk to the slopes, or take a short stroll into the Mountain Village core to enjoy world-class dining and shopping. If the proximity to the heart of Mountain Village doesn't excite you, quickly walk to the free gondola and within just 13 minutes you can enjoy all that the town of Telluride has to offer!

Once inside, a thoughtfully decorated living space with a functional floor plan greets you. Enjoy the living area with a gas fireplace, or step out onto the deck to grill something tasty and take in the breathtaking mountain views. Prepare a meal for the whole group in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and serve that meal at the formal dining table for six. With the perfect location, this well-appointed condo may just start to feel like home.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place in Mountain Village

Nice Place. I would like to mention; although the place has three bathrooms (which is ideal for larger parties) none are on the main living room/Kitchen level. You have to take stairs to all bathrooms.

Great location, decent place

Overall the place was pretty good. A bit dated and in need to a refresh, but the location is outstanding. As other have noted, one of the “King” beds is actually two twins pushed together. One bedroom lacked window/skylight coverings, so be aware of that if you are sensitive to early morning light. With all of that said, it was a fine place for the price.

Property needs major maintenance and upgrades

The property is in an amazing location. However until the owner takes some pride in the unit and brings it up to a level commiserate with price/expectations of that area we would never rent again.

Mediocre

Decent location but the unit had a lot of problems. For starters, Vacasa didn’t even know that there was a door to the building that I had to access before getting to any individual unit. It took me hours and multiple conversations with multiple people before I could get in. The unit itself had multiple problems - one bathroom sink wouldnt work at all, the ice maker was broken and we could never figure out how to close the blinds in the main living area. Disappointed.

Incomplete Construction - Vacasa lied about repair

The master bath and shower was non-functional as the bath spout was ripped out of the wall, leaving an exposed copper pipe. And the knob that turned on and off the water was likewise ripped off, leaving exposed copper pipe. Four separate times I communicated with Vacasa of this problem and each time Vacasa confirmed that the bath would be fixed within a day. Over a week, no one came to fix the bath. I paid for a 3 bath condo, and the master bath was inoperable. I not only do not suggest this condo, I suggest booking through someone other than Vacasa.

The location was great! But the house was VERY poorly maintained. 1. The beds were hard as rocks. Super cheap! 2. The king bedroom downstairs did not have blinds on all windows. There were paper (disposal) blinds on a few windows, but it was impossible to get the room dark. 3. All of the showers had terrible problems. The bath in the king bedroom downstairs doesn't drain, and doesn't flow all the way to the shower (half goes into the bath tub). 4. The shower in the other bathroom downstairs doesn't drain, and goes back and forth between hot and cold. That's because they use non-code compliant plumbing that doesn't "mix" the water. When anyone turns on water in the rest of the house, the water temperature changes. The shower in the upstairs bathroom broke on our last night and sprayed everywhere for an hour until I could get the water turned off. They don't caulk or grout so there are leaks going all the way from the top floor into the basement. 5. The upstairs "bedroom" isn't really a bedroom because it doesn't have a window to the exterior (for fire egress). Because of that, there's no door on the upstairs so no privacy. This house was a disgrace for the price!!!

Look elsewhere!!

First let me say that the people who are managing the rental were great. Very nice, very accommodating and helpful. I’ve stayed in telluride probably 50+ times and this unit just doesn’t meet any standards for the price. The unit itself is old, dilapidated and not worth it. It’s in telluride Colorado and the rates they are charging demand a certain level and this place fails on multiple fronts. It is in major need of a remodel. The plumbing and fixtures throughout the property need replaced. There are sinks where the faucets don’t work at all, shower heads that only half work because the Fixture is so old it won’t switch from the tub head to the shower head. The plumbing is bad and it doesn’t drain properly. Each bathroom reminds me of a motel 6. Even to the point where there is black duct tape on shower walls behind each shower nozzle. Clearly the owners of the unit aren’t spending any of the money made from rentals in keeping the property updated to minimum standards. There are only 2 ceiling fans in the entire place and 1 of them is broken and labeled “broken”. Umm hire an electrician to fix it. When it’s 80 degrees at telluride elevation it’s hot and when fans are the only mode of Cooling they need to work, and fans need to be provided for all bedrooms, even if it’s just a simple floor box fan. Also, it’s listed as 2 king beds, and 2 twins. But it’s actually 1 king and 2 other rooms that have twins that housekeeping pauses together and makes into kings. They did this for us. But it’s not the same as a real king bed. Kitchen was fine. No issues. Living room was small and furniture very uncomfortable. Don’t plan on lounging. This is a 3 bedroom unit and has 1 parking place which is not on location. We had 3 cars and when it’s a busy weekend like a festival weekend, good luck finding parking. We paid $140 per car to park under the Madeline. We wanted the location of this place and in the end that’s all it provided satisfactory.

Nice condo, great location; very good service from the Vacasa staff

We had a really nice stay at this condo in Mountain Village for three days of skiing. The location is great with ski in ski out access. The unit is comfortable but could use a few relatively minor repairs which were passed on to the Vacasa staff. The Vacasa team was easy to reach, responsive and helpful.

Lovely condo near the slopes

This condo is well provisioned, cozy, and a great location - ski in/out to greens and walkable to everything in Mountain Village. Kitchen is well-equipped, Vacasa was great at responding to anything we needed, and the only thing needing improvement was the 3 bathrooms could all use a facelift/renovation. Other than that, it was perfect for 6 of us!

Amazing home in a great location. All amenities for a true ski in, ski out home existed, we did not need for anything. Would 100% stay again.

Great location

Literally across the street from the Mountain Village square, where you can find many restaurants/bars, entertainment and gondola ride into town. We had a lot of fun enjoying the outdoors, and the accommodations were perfect for our family. Parking is tough if you have more than one car,.

Great Location and Accomodations

This condo is located along the river at a hiking stop. The balcony is the perfect place to watch people throw sticks into the water for their dogs to retrieve or to give the dogs a little rest in the cool, refreshing water. The condo is nicely appointed and has very comfortable furniture. Bedrooms are downstairs and living area is up stairs. Master bedroom is large and has a nice bath. Guest room is of ample size, has lots of closet space, and the bath has a steam shower. The kitchen is well equiped and has granite counters. The condo is just a few blocks walk to the main street. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Just the right place for a wonderful stay in Telluride.
