This is an ideal home for those looking for adventure in Mountain Village. With ski access to the Telluride Ski & Golf Resort Bridges ski run just a short walk away, adventure awaits outside your door. This convenient location also has access to the free Dial-A-Ride shuttle service in Mountain Village, so it's only minutes away from world-class dining in the Mountain Village core. This is also a great location for a summer getaway with hiking trails right outside your door.

Once inside, you'll experience all the comforts you need to fuel your adventure. From the open-concept living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, to the comfortable couches perched in front of the fireplace, you won't need to step outside. Unless you'd prefer to take in the incredible mountain views or enjoy a soak in your private hot tub.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
There is an onsite property caretaker with a private entrance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Family house that accommodates everyone

We loved our stay here. Its a short walk to the ski slopes and the house is perfect for a crowd. We took our daughter and five friends, and it never felt crowded. In fact, it had a cozy feel for a large space. We'll definitely try to stay here again.

Summer in the Mountains

Great Space and plenty of room for a family. Close to grocery, and gondola. Easy access to mountain village and telluride. We loved our time here.

Misleading

We were disappointed to learn there was someone living in the house. While it was mentioned in the small print because I have used vrbo so often I didn’t see it in renting this house. It should be made to clear to renters if some one is lining in the house. We had young children and would not have rented this house had it been made clear to us.

Decent home, great view but not so good property management

My wife and I and our two adult children stayed in the home for a week in July. Here is a summary: What we liked: - Great location in Mountain Village - Very nice main area of living room and kitchen with beautiful view of trees and mountains - Plenty of space - Decent beds and nice touch of Molton Brown soaps What we didn't like: -Outside deck was dirty and full of debris, cobwebs, bird poop. - Mold in master bedroom bathroom - Somebody living in a room under the house with connection to the bottom level. They also parked two cars on the driveway while we were there. Potential renters should be informed of somebody else living in the property. - Carpets are a tripping hazard. - Property management was horrible. After complaining about the outside debris, received an automated message. After complaining about the mold and additional people staying there. I received 5 automated messages, all from different people, all saying a canned AI response, without any action except a lady showing up at the house with a bottle of Clorox to try to get rid of the mold. - House furniture feels old and ready for a revamp. We had a decent time but will not be staying here again.

Nice space on a quiet street

We stayed here for a wedding event. The house provided nice amount of space to stretch out for a large family. While the bedroom furnishings are not the most up to date the house has a warm feel and allows for a great stay. Our stay was when the aspens were turning so the window off the living area provided a picturesque view. The location of the home is in a peaceful residential setting yet within a short drive of the Village Market and gondola which is a real bonus. The driveway is long and lies in front of the property which we found easier to back in rather than to back out. There were 2 other vehicles parked on the property during our stay so we were confused if there is an attached apartment with residents. I will say though we never heard anyone else during our stay. This is a quality property for the market price if you are looking for a peaceful setting with 4 bedrooms.

Great layout for our family

Home is dated but in excellent condition. Layout was great for our family. Everything was seamless and easy. The ski slope is walkable in ski boots but it’s not a short walk and uphill. Overall very comfortable stay and a fair value.

Wonderful home in an idyllic setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. There were 9 of us, including four children, ages 3-6. With four bedrooms, there was plenty of room for all of us. FYI, the bunkroom is on the lower level, with the three additional bedrooms being on the second floor of the home. This might not work for some, especially those with very young children. It worked out just fine for us. The kitchen in this home is terrific, with fantastic appliances and plenty of work space. We had great cooks in our group and they loved it. There is also a large gas grill on the deck, which we also found very useful. We loved the large dining room table, which seats 10, as well as the three different living spaces. There is a family room on the lower level. The main floor has a cozy den and a large living room. The home is located in the Mountain Village area, so you're close to the gondola which takes to you to top of the mountain and then down to Telluride. We'd love to return in the future!
