After a long hike or a great day on the ski slopes, the focus of our home becomes the hot tub where, even if you are not soaking your aching muscles, you can sit on the steps or lean over the balcony and join in on the discussion.

Make your own memories at this three-story neo-Victorian home. Walk or hop on Telluride's Galloping Goose, (a free shuttle) to the ski lifts, festivals, movies, restaurants, shops, the grocery store, or the free gondola that connects Telluride to Mountain Village.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
Twin beds can be converted to a king bed for a $50 fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect home and perfect location!

We were attending a festival with our 2 grown sons and their families. Each couple had their own floor & bathroom and the 3 cousins had a room perfect for kids. Home was walking distance to downtown and/or close to town shuttle. We loved this home.

Teluride ski vacation

Everything was great! Location near lift #7 makes it a gerat spot.....The only thing to look at is the stovetop. One burner never worked, and other burners were at times inconsistent......Overall, a really great house for a ski vacation in Telluride!

All in all the property was good. Any problems we had were addressed quickly. The management company was easy to work with. The main issue was working the heat between the different levels.

House is great, local management unresponsive

The house was wonderful and met all of our expectations. We were trying to get a street parking permit that was offered in this listing and we never heard back or received the permit. We called and texted many times but never got a response. The National support line was unable to help us with this request as well. National support was great however!

Loved it!

We stayed here (and rented a property across the street) with a bunch of friends from Denver and AZ. We had 3 families staying here and the setup was perfect! Everyone had their own space and the common space was plenty big. Just a short walk to the market, shopping and all the restaurants! We love love love telluride, but this spot made it even better! Only concern was the master bedroom didn’t have blinds on the windows so it was hard to put kids down. Also, it gets very warm up there!

Family getaway

We thought the house and amenities were beautiful and amazing. Very clean and close to coonskin lift. Only issue we had was communication with management company, they unfortunately did not get back to us regarding the air humidifiers not working. Otherwise, the house itself is 5/5!

Comfortable house in a great location!

The house was comfortable, with plenty of space for our group and a nice kitchen / living room / dining area. Independent heating controls in each room and the washer dryer were a plus. The indoor hot tub was small and a little odd, but clean. We were able to walk to the ski lift in 5 mins and ski back at the end of the day, plus easily walk to all the restaurants in town, so the location was ideal. It was a little difficult to get a question resolved with vacasa while we were there.

Great for families!

This home was beautiful and very clean. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains. We had a couple small concerns with the freezer but it was fixed quickly! Highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a beautiful ski vacation!

Perfect for a large group

We have 6 adults and a baby and it was perfect. The two separate living areas allowed us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen was spacial and well supplied. Beautiful house, great location

Great location & comfortable

Our group of 8 was very comfortable in this home. Some of the furniture is a bit out dated, but beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely updated and we did not feel cramped for space with a group of this size. The master in the loft does get hot during the day in the summer, but cools off nicely with the fan and windows open. Location was great to walk into town for coffee/ dinners. Would stay here again!

Just OK

Proximity to the mountain, gondola and town was great. Good layout of space, ample room for everyone to sleep. Sadly the house was in fairly bad shape and is in need of updates and TLC on many levels. The landscaping (if you can call it that) was atrocious; completely unkempt, weeds everywhere from the sidewalk to the door. Dressers were falling apart (and one was downright dangerous and could have hurt a child if they pulled on it), dryer took FOREVER to dry a small amount of clothes, and was poorly cleaned. The kitchen table isn’t stable (had to put magazines under it to keep it from tipping badly) and the windows wouldn’t open properly due to the cranks being broken in 3/4 of those on first level. It’s a great location, but it is outdated and is definitely in need of repairs to make it a great stay.

The house was everything expected. The furnishings were appealing and in excellent condition. The dining/living area was amenable to large family dinners. The hot tub was sublime. And everything was in working order. Lattitude 38 provided excellent service as well. I'd recommend this property.
